I have a major concern with the road work going on. The drainage is totally inadequdte and not properly slope! So too is the roadways! Water must flow freely from road to drain to culvert then to gullies or sea! I also noticed this new way of building roads using marl! WHERE IS THE CRUSHED STONE OF DIFFERENT SIZES TO FORM THE BASE AND SUB-BASE? NO WONDER WHY AS WATER PENETRATE THE ASPHALT OR SIDEWAYS THE MARL MELT CAUSING SEVERE DAMAGE! The NWA must set a standard and enforce it. SEE THE HAGE TO BE DIGGING UP JAMINTEL STRETCH (FROM GREEN WALL TO PAMPHRET). MANY OTHER SECTIONS FROM ALBION TO BULL BAY NEED TO BE DUG UP TOO! POOR QUSLITY ASPHALT AND SUBSURFACE PREPARATION WITHOUT PROPER DRAINAGE!

I big up Andrew Holiness for the Morant Bay Urban Centre and the Boundbrook Urban Centre which is starting soon. This is the first JLP government ever to do something from the planning stage to finish. 😊 For the South Coast highway and other highways around Jamaica I big up both political parties? One party did the feasibility study and design blueprint on the highway and the other continues the project that's how it is so posted to be. This is a possibility if the previous government didn't do a feasibility study on the South Coast there wouldn't be any Morant Bay Urban Centre. 😊 Building the South Coast Highway causes a lot of development to happen.
