I love dark honey. It's so hard to gind these days...even locally. Seeing all that honey is making me want some mead. Mead is so awesoome and it's best when it is homemade...love making that stuff. It'd be neat to see you refine the honeycomb into usable bees wax.
Honey is honestly my favorite sweetener in the world. Try it in your coffee sometime. I’m sure that was a lot of tedious work to strain all of those 31 lbs out. I think you’ll agree that it was definitely worth the effort though 👍

You still didn't answer my question. I get the part about clean jars. Did you have to boil the lids and seal up and wait for the pop ?
Ok, sorry. No. You don't have to can honey like most things. Just screw lid on tight and your good to go.

Honey is easier to can than most stuff. The jars just need to be thoroughly Cleaned with hot water and soap. Thanks for watching.
