Instruments sound more differentiated and you can also locate sounds much more precisely in FPS games. The bass also sounds richer and more precise than with the XS. However, the biggest difference is actually noticeable in the build quality. Here, the Arya Stealth is clearly the better model.
Arya stealth for ~600 USD is an insanely good value proposition. Up to now my recommendation to friends & family for under 1K headphones has been the Meze 109 pro. This price drop might change that. For me personally, the Arya Organic is overall the best thing I've heard for under 2K.
I was considering them for my endgame headphone before the price drop. When I saw the $599 sale, it was duh! Had to buy them and very glad I did. They are awesome.
Same for me with the Organics, I had already been saving for months for them, then that price dropped, and I just had too! Enjoy your new endgame setups!

Hey there. Great video, Bought my organics about three months ago,for gaming on ps5 only, and not so much for music listening.they sound great.soundstage and imaging is on another level.
Yes, HIFIMAN Arya Organic sounds great in games, and you feel deep emotions from the game if the game developer has put a lot of work into the sound. HIFIMAN Edition XS, MoonDrop Venus, Audeze Maxwell are not even close to HIFIMAN Arya Organic in terms of sound level, scale, and the effect of immersion in the game world, they sound simpler.
I agree that Arya Stealth is a great value at $600. But imagine if you bought the Stealth upon release for $1299 (or even a nominal discount off that price (as in my case)) and in short order they release the new and improved Organic (and now the Arya “unveiled”) causing a series of price reductions all the way down to $600. What is the incentive for anyone to buy a new Hifiman product knowing that a better version might be literally just around the corner?
So the learnings by they have that they turn into innovation and new products… you’d prefer they just keep em to themselves? That’s kinda like saying no nvidia… don’t release the 5090. You’d rob us all of the incentive to buy a 4090….the incentive to buy the 4090 (or in this case the Arya stealth) is the price drop!!!
I agree. I bought it as an open box from hifiman and it still costed $1300 at the time. I owned it for four years and used them sparingly but the left driver went out. Hifiman support is offering a stealth to me for 265 though. Not a bad offer. I will be ordering it as the Arya is one of my favorites. But yes, my LCD-x etcetera has kept its value. Still am not faulting hifiman.
I agree with you, I just got an HE1000 V2 after the price cut and im really enjoying them. I was very impressed after demoing a susvara but i feel a future price cut especially with the unveiled released this year.
@@trachysa My point was that they released two new versions, one almost immediately after the stealth causing mine to depreciate rapidly. More than likely, the organic was already in the pipeline when they released the stealth. Makes me feel that I was burned. Couldn’t Hifiman have at least waited a year?
Just ordered the Arya Stealth and got a very sweet deal. I am really looking forward to hearing them. Have the Skull Candy Crusher and the Oneodio A10. Got a combo DAC and headphone amp. Let the joy begin! Love your channel. Wishing you and yours a wonderful holiday season.
Patiently waiting for my Arya Stealth to arrive, upgrading from Grado SR325x lol. I like the Grados with certain music but man they're definitely not all arounders, the shrill/shouty upper-midrange gets in the way of the song a lot, they just fall apart at busier tracks. Hoping Stealths will alleviate these issues.
I was able to get the Arya Stealth Open box for 540$. Its crazy how much better these sound over the Sundara's / HD 6XX. Thank you for the recommendation Josh!
Got my Arya Stealth from Amazon here in the EU about a month ago for this new insane low price! Mind blown! My previous “good” wired set is HD650 that I’ve had for almost 20 years now. Still love those but these are a totally different ballgame for sure when it comes to separation, soundstage etc. Insane value indeed! Thanks for a great vid as always!
How's the bass in Arya Stealth? I don't know much about Planars and have always been a bit confused by the "You can hear the bass clearly but not feel it hit your ears". Is it true? Can you feel a drum slam against your ear in a planar or do you just hear it or something? Sorry if it sounds like a weird question😅 Rn I have a Senn. Hd 599 and I love em so wanna know how the planar bass sounds/feels like.
Planar bass is just different than on dynamics, it can hit harder, the decay at all frequencies is super fast so you hear each and every note end right away. I’m planning on buying the Aryas as well and read that out of the box bass is enough but they can take a pretty aggressive bass shelf enough to rattle your skull so I wouldn’t worry about it
Thanks for the review, Joshua. Once again, I am convinced that I made the right choice by buying XS. After the price reduction, I may consider buying Arya Organic. I'm looking forward to the next review on the new Hifiman
A headphone once sold for €1600 and now priced at €600 leaves a sour taste. Price drop or deception? Trust in a brand is built on consistency-this trust has been shattered. Treating customers this way undermines long-term success.
My Arya Stealth are my go-to for almost every evening, can't fault them for anything really when EQed properly (they accept a wide range of decibels too)
One thing I think headphone reviews need to include badly is a section detailing the small bits and pieces that pretty much put these headbands and yokes/ear cups together as a whole in the "Build Quality" section. I have come from DT 770's, Sennheiser HD 599, AKG's, even "gaming" headsets like Razer's, and currently the Ananda v3, and the major issue I have with ALL of them are the small plastic parts that connect the metal headband to the yokes or earcups. These always end up breaking FIRST, despite me using my gear with good care. My Ananda v3's plastic parts which formed the slider mechanism and also attached the head strap to the band, and also put together the headband and the yokes, just broke on me the other day. It would be REALLY HELPFUL if reviewers actually pointed out if such parts are metal or plastic on these expensive headphones during the review. It doesn't help that more often than not, these plastic bits have zero replacement parts available officially.
I got the atealths a few months ago for a decent price , they're fucking awesome. I have the LCD-2C and these not only keep up but offer something that none of my other headphones do (and vice versa obviously) but I absolutely recommend anyone at least tries them out if possible. They're light af and incredibly rich and just pull you right into the music.
Picked up the Arya Organic last week because of the Amazon deal. The resolution/detail is better than the LCD-X when listening to acoustic music. Female vocals is not quite as good as the Focal Clear MG to me. (edit) I use the Arya Organic with Bifrost 2/Jotunheim 2 and the Focal Clear MG with the Bifrost 2/Valhalla 2. (edit) All of these headphones do reveal the bad recordings we're being fed by the streaming services though. The Dua Lipa recordings on Qobuz are terrible.
@@coolzorex I like my LCD-X. It is the more "neutral" headphone between the two. If you can only have one - I'd go for the Arya Organic just because it's now cheaper. Build quality is so much better with the LCD-X.
@@AustronesianMulletI’ve never tried a Hifiman and this was so tempting, but I get nervous about the build quality. I got the LCD-X 2 years ago for $700 from Audeze’s b-stock sale, and I EQ them, and they sound great. I don’t even like them stock, but with EQ they’re fantastic to me. Build quality is great. Only gripe is if I have to replace the pads, it’s kind of a nightmare. I wish it were easier to sample high end headphones without buying and returning them, since I hate doing that.
I've had the privellage of trying a pair of Organic's, and they produced truly end game sound... And then there was the pair of Meze Elite's I tried on right after and they were even better 😆. The only time I ever felt like that with headphones was a 30,000 dollar setup with the t+a solitaires. These sound better than the focal utopia in my honest opinion.
In HIFIMAN Arya Stealth, you will hear a significant sound improvement unlike the Beyerdynamic DT 880 PRO, after which you will not want to listen to the Beyerdynamic DT 880 PRO anymore. The Beyerdynamic DT 880 PRO's midrange sounds quiet, which creates a dull sound, and the HIFIMAN Arya Stealth's midrange sounds great, but it was still better to take the HIFIMAN Arya Organic. I listened to HIFIMAN Arya Stealth, HIFIMAN Arya Organic, HIFIMAN HE1000SE in the audio store and my ears fell in love with HIFIMAN Arya Organic. But anyway, you have a great update.
The XS for me off a budget dac (I have a FiiO K11) and I was very impressed how expansive and realistic the soundstage can be. Particularly in height compared to other headphones I’ve had. I’m looking forward to trying out the Arya Organic one day and seeing how it improves over the XS.
I can recommend the Ananda Nanos, I haven't tried the higher tier ones but when I A B-ed with XS it was a no brainer to stick with Nano. I just need to EQ one of the higher freqs down, and they have as much bass as I need for music, however I do miss the lower rumblys the XS had so I want to tune some back into the Nanos. But they do not lack bass at all.
@ I had the original Ananda forever ago and it was great. What makes the Nano better than the XS to you? I’ve heard they have better separation and detail but have never heard the Stealth or Nano versions.
Josh, I wish you'd do a more in-depth comparison of the DT 1990 Pro MK2 to Arya Stealth or even better to Ananda Nano since they're all bright headphones and now have similar prices.
Thanks for this vid. Josh! I just realized this was what I needed to hear. I am an enthusiast and kinda tired of hearing vague descriptions, explanations from youtube-audio crowd. Picking a good deal and telling your followers directly and precisely why you d choose this and why this is ''BETTER'' by also comparing to similarly-priced competition, without much focusing on ''it depends'' haven is amazing.
I'm one of the people mentioned that find hifimans uncomfortable. I have Ananda and HD6xx and even though the Ananda is vastly superior in almost every way from a technical standpoint, I hardly ever use them anymore. I use my 6xx through a tube amp almost daily.
@@NRobbi42 Yea I'm not sure I would go down the path of modifying headphones to make them more comfortable. I'd rather just buy different headphones. And the headband isn't the only problem I have with the Ananda, its the ear cups too, both the shape and feel of them, they are too rigid. The one thing I learned quite rapidly in this hobby is how important comfort is to me. If they bother me at all within an hour of having them on, I won't use them no matter how good they sound. I have the DT1999 pro, Focal Hadenys, HD490, Aune AR5000, and Meze 109 Pro on my list, just haven't decided which one to buy next. But all of them are known to be very comfortable.
Personally, I have a Bokeh and Project Omega, plus the Arya Stealth I recently but, I believe I am in a perfect spot right now and don't need to think about upgrade for decades.
I would love if you would do a little gaming talk more often for headphones. Like nothing crazy just like 30 seconds telling us if it’s good and a short comparison.
I bought my XS for 249 USD, that was really the best deal (and it is an amazing headphone). I don't plan to upgrade, but if I would, I think the Arya Organic seems like a good option
Agreed. I think the Organics is the perfect entry point to the high end of headphones. I have the HE1000se and had the Organic before. I think the Organic is at least 90% of the HE1000se on most songs. Just once in a blue moon the HE1000se shows its abilities above but it is rare. Pair them with the EF600 or Serenade (my option) and they sing beautifully. At this price they are the best deal in headfi in my book.
I agree on the rankings. Sennheiser HD560S was my first 'audiophile' headphone, then I got the Sundara - eventually curiosity led me to try the Edition XS and while the Edition XS was nice, the headband was an absolute dealbreaker for me. I couldn't keep them from falling off my head at any sudden movement, due to there being very little clamping force, so I went back to the Sundara... Now after having gotten the Arya Stealth, they're my new favorites - but I hadn't even been aware that there was a new Organic model, and now I'm wondering if maybe I should return the Stealth and get the Organic lol 🤔
I almost ended up going with the XS, but a lot of the quality control concerns and people having problems with the comfort strayed me away. It was also on the borderline of what I was wiling to spend. I really liked the comfort design the Stealths have, but they're just way out of my price range. I ended up going with the FiiO FT1 Closed-Back headphones. Not sure if I will like them or not, but I feel like I will get better moneys worth than going with the XS. The XS probably has better audio in general, but the recessed low-end + build quality + comfort... Probably not it for me. Fingers crossed I like them when I get them in a couple weeks. Appreciate the reviews
I understand the characterization of these models as treble cannon. But then so are all headphones once I get through with them. I'm a senior who needs a treble boost just to break even. So, bring it on!
Bought the HD800s and Arya stealth off Amazon two weeks ago for these prices, got the HE1000 stealth Saturday and returned the HD800s and Aryas, the Aryas are a crazy good deal for $599, the HE1000 stealth just sounds better idk why. If I had to listen to the he1000 stealth for the rest of my life I’d feel satisfied. 🤪
I had the Sony 1000xm4's and my wife had the Bose QC 35s for years and I thought they were great, and then I bought the Audeze Maxwell for gaming and I was blown away at how good they sounded and it got me back into music, so I did a little research and got theArya Stealth with the deal for the Serenade from Hifiman's website and wow. Where do I go from here?
Just curious - do you think the (now-happening) arrival of the Verum 2 is a factor in these market price drops? How would you rate the Edition XS against the Verum 2? The Arya Stealth? If one has a Verum 2 on the way, would you recommend they hold on either an Edition XS or an Arya Stealth?
I have the Edition XS and I love them, but the comfort and fit could seriously be better. Mine is also starting to creak a bit after owning them for over a year. If it comes to it, I'll probably do a headband swap.
I honestly wish I waited for the Stealth discount before I splurged on the Organic. However, I agree with Josh that it beats out the HD 800 overall so from that perspective I don't have regrets.
Definitely it comes down to personal preference but also source chain. With a lower end source chain I found the 109 Pro very tiring with shouty female vocals and the Arya very tiring in the treble. However with an upper tier source chain the 109 Pro was still tiring but the Arya treble smoothed out to give great resolution and soundstage. And yes the Arya Organic can be more enjoyable than the Susvara so it’s a great deal.
I got the Sundara a year ago as my 1st proper headphone and my planned upgrade path was supposed to be Sundara --> Edition XS --> 109 Pro but now I got the Arya Stealth paired with FiiO R7 (balanced). It's a bit too bright to my preference but I can deal with that since all the other areas are spot on and just can't find a better deal at this price point.
Well lesson learned here. Never buy any hifiman at launch, just wait a couple of years and youll save a ton of money. Ive never seen headphones depreciate like this.
Do you have any initial impressions on the Arya Unveiled? I'm a bit reluctant to grab a deal on the Organic or HE1000SE if it's a significant improvement.
Arya Stealth down to as low as it currently is honestly pisses me off since I paid over $1000 for mine. That being said, I wouldn't go back. I'm looking at the Arya unveiled and VERY interested in opinions from anyone who has had the chance to hear them. I have to ask... anyone who still hasn't pulled the trigger on an Arya at the reduced prices... What are you doing??? GET ONE NOW!!!
I jumped on the XS when I saw your video, so I am good for now. However, I hope to eventually get the Aryas, but I also like to get the Sundara. Because the name sounds like Tsundere
All the talk about difference, can't they just be tuned to resolve (pun intended) this "issues"? So grab the Stealth, then tune (EQ) it to sound like the Organic. But you just can't get the bigger staging...
Funny I found this video and the edition XS. I'm debating between the arya stealth and the XS unfortunately I can't listen to them so I'll be going a bit(fully) blind, the only thing I have to compare them to is my hd598 so I'm kinda backtracking the opinions on them until I reach the 598 so I can compare. Not ideal but it's probably the only way I have.
Hey Joshua, I've got a question... just bought the Arya Organic 3 weeks ago and I want to upgrade my source gear (iFi Zen Dac V1) Any recommendations? I like warm/ bit smooth sound and for my taste soundstage, imaging and bass should shine out if that helps (love iFi's Xbass/TrueBass for example). I use a desktop PC setup as well and I have no speakers so conncetions aren't a must have. My budget would be around 800$. Would be awesome if you could toss some recommendations (pls no Shiit btw ':D their products are never available in the EU, was thinking about the EF500 and s9c so far)
Having issues deciding between the Organic and 1000 stealth right now haha. Wear the Organic for a while and i think they are amazing and fun to listen to, then put on the 1KStealth and lose maybe 3-5% of the fun factor I instead immediately can tell the sounds apart easier and they are more clear. Can't go wrong with either one though, if i didn't have them to A/B test i would think they were both absolutely amazing. I tried the 1000SE and LCD-X/GX also. The 1KSE was a tad bit better than the 1KStealth, but not worth the hike in price in my opinion. The LCD-GX was sooooooo heeaavvy and honestly would compete more with the Arya Stealth in my opinion. The LCD-X was a lot closer to the Organic to my ears with very slightly thumpier bass, but not as detailed and again very very heavy. I am leaning towards keeping the 1kStealth as i prefer the way they look, their thicker earpads, and i like to hear the individual sounds better. I eq'd everything with Oratory1999's settings from Reddit with a lift to the bass.
While i cant argue against the soundquality, it should be said that the build quality is just not on par with some cheaper headphones, which is crazy since those used to cost a lot more. If you have a lot of different headphones, sure go for it! If you only want to own 1-2 pairs, hard pass. Especially since outside the us its hard to get replacement parts.
Hey Josh! I must disagree! The best deal in HIFI right now is kinda weird but amazing! Here it is HE6SE v2 open box for $369 bucks! But you MUST power it with a speaker amp with at least 100 watts per channel! The power does something magical to the treble mids and bass! Its not just the bass that improves its the entire headphone! Honestly it sounds as good as any flagship headphone in the world, its sublime! Try it!

People say IFI products pair really well with Hifiman headphones. Look at the IFI neo IDSD 2, seems to be very feature pack. I have the arya stealth and my IFI sources gives them a nice body in the midrange and pleasent trebble
Everything I've heard about the Organic makes me think they'd be near endgame movie head phones. If the LCD-X had a huge soundstage it would be the perfect headphone imo. The Organic sounds mighty close to that. But I think I'll keep saving for an HE1000 stealth. Just coughed it up ifi neo idsd 2, that should power it enough hopefully
The Sundara is currently at $150 now. Must have dropped the price since the time this video came out. Just got my Aune S9c DAC/Amp and am now not even sure if I can honestly tell any difference between the quad dac chips in my Asus ROG Clavis DAC usb dongle, and this Aune.. The lack of volume on the dongle for my HD660s headphones was the main reason I got the Aune though. Now wondering if I should get the Arya Stealth or Organic. Does anyone know if there would even be a noticeable difference in quality of sound between these two or would it just be personal preference basically between the HD660s and Stealth/Organic?
Hey joshua. I have now the Meze Pro 109. And what should i say. Sound great. But! Voices could be more detailed and intimate, and for a open HP it has lot bass. A bit to much for my taste. Have the feeling it is a very little bit to foggy/dark. Listen to old Metallica but also Diane Krall and such stuff but its more for Piano Jazz, Blues and stuff like that. I have the feeling i must make it louder to have the voice in that loudness that i want to. Diane could be sound more clear. Would you say the Arya could be more something i am searching for? The Organic sounds like what you describing. Thanks for the great Videos. Very helpful in searching for the perfect HP :)
I am about of getting rid of all my full size headphones and stationary dacs in a favour of 1 IEM and one DAP because of convenience and light weight with almost similar level of sound
I found the stealth boring and uninspiring- I’m not sure why. The nano was exciting and plucky but with smaller soundstage. The organic was exciting but the treble was noticeable as soon as I put them on but then I quickly forgot about it. I’m not sure how that would work for neutrality and mixing purposes. The LCDX was also exciting but without the treble and soundstage. If the SE is as fun and exciting but better in every category I’d go for that.
I love my Ananda Nanos, can anyone chime in what I'd lose/gain with the higher tier models? I don't feel like I'm missing very much. I would not want to sacrifice any bass. The only thing that bothers me about the Nanos is the headband is very uncomfortable for me, are these any different or built exactly the same? The only other things I don't like is probably EQ-able, I just want to add some more rumble like the XS have out of the box, and a tiny bit more mid bass punch, and bring that one higher frequency down. Otherwise I'm happy for life with the Nanos, I can't imagine gaming without them now! It must be rare to find a headphone like this thats 9/10 for clear open world game chaos readability with dozens of fights going on, while also sounding amazing for music and movies. It's good for everything with very little compromise at any one thing.

@@kennethgross8079 I think they’re trying to buy market share at the moment with the way they’re slashing prices.
Sorry if it sounds like a weird question😅
Rn I have a Senn. Hd 599 and I love em so wanna know how the planar bass sounds/feels like.
Planar bass is just different than on dynamics, it can hit harder, the decay at all frequencies is super fast so you hear each and every note end right away. I’m planning on buying the Aryas as well and read that out of the box bass is enough but they can take a pretty aggressive bass shelf enough to rattle your skull so I wouldn’t worry about it
After buying HE 1000 unveild my HE1000SE and Organic gathering a dust. The difference is huge.
Huge compared to the Aryas or other HEs?
What is different?
Thanks for the review, Joshua. Once again, I am convinced that I made the right choice by buying XS. After the price reduction, I may consider buying Arya Organic. I'm looking forward to the next review on the new Hifiman
Holy smokes what a power move by HiFiMan dropping the prices of all those headphonees. Love to see it :D
(edit)
All of these headphones do reveal the bad recordings we're being fed by the streaming services though. The Dua Lipa recordings on Qobuz are terrible.
howz LCD-X overall, would you recomend it ?, is it worth purchasing ?, thinking to get one for me
thanks
Both pairs blew me away so much I can't look to find another iem or pair of headphones till either of those are in my collection 💸💸
Just received an Ananda V3 (16 Ohm/93 dB) from aliexpress for just 220$. And I can't stop smiling while listening them. It's pure joy. That's what I call best budget deal 😅.
100%, congrats! lets have a moment of silence for all people with closed back dynamic drivers😂😂😂😂
Yeah, I saw that deal as well, really attempting to get it
@@easyluckable At first I intended to buy XS, but when I saw that ANANDA is only 30$ more I decided to give more at least for the better headband and as a bonus they have a better sound)) so I didn't think long 😄
@ALeXXH8R I want to purchase same headphone from aliexperess?
You recommend?🙂
@@skateboarding3007 You should listen to Aune SR7000 then. You will be amazed how a closed back headphone can have wider soundstage than open back headphones 😉
Organic user for over a year now. I was comparing it against the 800s when I bought them and I do agree with Joshua's take on the differences.
Just ordered the Arya Stealth. I'm coming from a DT 880, so I'm hoping that it will be a noticeable upgrade.
Also, I think it would be really interesting if you revisited the AKG K712. AKG hasn't really done much in the open back space in a while, and the K712 is still a really unique headphone. I'm curious to see a 2024/2025 revisit of a decade old headphone!
If they arrive to you.
Please share me your thoughts about arya stealth🙂
I am curious about this headphone
@@mohammedbazhair2000 I just bought some a couple months ago. It's brilliant. Listening to bad guy by Billie Eilish made me just absolutely stunned and I literally felt like there were Billie Eilish clones all singing around me.
@@mohammedbazhair2000 if you never owned a planar before as well the planar slam is absolutely insane. You feel the bass in your chest. Idk how to explain it. It feels real like you are there. The only time I ever felt like that with headphones was a 30,000 dollar setup with the t+a solitaires. These sound better than the focal utopia in my honest opinion.
@itisannona really great my friend ❤️
Enjoy your hobby
I am thinking to buy arya stealth near future 🙂
Bought Ananda Stealth for $250 from the official Ali store, looks good deal to me
HE1000SE for $1449 refurbished is the third best deal in audio
Hahaha 😂
I’m thinking about going for this. Anyone know how the HE1000SE sounds compared to the HE1000 stealth ?
That is the price I paid for a BRAND NEW pair, earlier this year.
@@TheVeganVicar I'm going by retail prices
@@danielzbthe HE1000SE really is a phenomenal headphone. Many consider it Summit Fi. They were $3.5k on release.
I might do that at some point when i have them all here.
Can't afford the Meze 109 Pro, but just looking at it , I find pleasure. A piece of art, what a beautiful headset.
How do they compare to the HE6se v2?
I'm one of the people mentioned that find hifimans uncomfortable. I have Ananda and HD6xx and even though the Ananda is vastly superior in almost every way from a technical standpoint, I hardly ever use them anymore. I use my 6xx through a tube amp almost daily.
I bought the Geekira Knit headband cover off Amazon for $10 and they made my Anandas more comfortable to wear.
1. Which one’s the better deal between the Stealth and Organic?
2. What’s a cheap amp/DAC you recommend to really show off the Arya?
Grabbed my Stealths this week, love them! Such an upgrade from the HE400se.
How does aune ar5000 stack up against these 2?
Do you get any information about this ?
Im between aune sr7000 vs stealth
Still rocking the OG Edition X...been my daily driver for years now! Arya would be very lovely purchase for sure.
I love my Arya Organic! Can you recommend me a warmer amp or a vacuum tube amp for the arya organic? thank you!
I’m trying to decide whether to buy an Arya Organic or a ZMF Bokeh. Which would you choose if you could only buy one?
Open for full-size, IEM for public use
@@JireSoftwarethe bokeh are a closed back full sized headphone
@@erik-rw7ft yeah I mean that the Organic is the obvious choice, and in situations that closed backs would be used like in public, IEMs are my choice
I honestly wish I waited for the Stealth discount before I splurged on the Organic. However, I agree with Josh that it beats out the HD 800 overall so from that perspective I don't have regrets.
Organic is still a bit better, so don’t feel bad!
HIFIMAN Arya Organic is better than HIFIMAN Arya Stealth and I liked HIFIMAN Arya Organic more in sound than HIFIMAN HE1000SE
I’m surprised to not see the ZMF Bokeh in this list as I thought it was your favourite closed back headphone Josh?
I want the Organic so badly!
I have the organic absolutely love them especially with tubes
@@erik-rw7ftwhat tubes do you have?

Still worth to get a LCD-X? I have difficulty to decide to choose among one of them
The focal elex for 499$ and the OG clears for 790$ are insane deals too.
Well lesson learned here. Never buy any hifiman at launch, just wait a couple of years and youll save a ton of money. Ive never seen headphones depreciate like this.
For real I can’t believe I paid 1k for my Arya that broke, now waiting to see how I can get it repaired by hifiman, they were quoting me 300
It’s getting to be about 6 mths now instead of 2 years
Thanks. Every time I see you makes me remember Arrow, you are the Oliver Queen of Arrow
As someone who has no experience in audio, would these be a good choice if i also want a headphone to game on?
I would give Arya Stealth 500$ at max. Its basically XS with a little more resolution/soundstage and better comfort/material.
This is exactly why I returned the Arya Stealth, the XS are just too good
I was waiting for this video. Perfect timing. Thank you bro 👍
Do you have any initial impressions on the Arya Unveiled? I'm a bit reluctant to grab a deal on the Organic or HE1000SE if it's a significant improvement.
Picked up the stealth upgrade from the sundara and wow I am very much at my end game
Because the name sounds like Tsundere
is organic being nearly 2x the price worth it?
All the talk about difference, can't they just be tuned to resolve (pun intended) this "issues"?
So grab the Stealth, then tune (EQ) it to sound like the Organic. But you just can't get the bigger staging...
Funny I found this video and the edition XS. I'm debating between the arya stealth and the XS unfortunately I can't listen to them so I'll be going a bit(fully) blind, the only thing I have to compare them to is my hd598 so I'm kinda backtracking the opinions on them until I reach the 598 so I can compare. Not ideal but it's probably the only way I have.
Still love the Arya Stealth's you sold me Josh!
Those Organics tho...you've got me thinking....
Hey Joshua, I've got a question... just bought the Arya Organic 3 weeks ago and I want to upgrade my source gear (iFi Zen Dac V1)
Any recommendations?
Arya organic my absolute favorite , even above many others. My end game for now
Try it!
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽Which AMP/DAC to use with the AYRA organic? I’m losing my mind trying to choose budget around $1000 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I’ve tried the EF600. I think it was worse than the Atom2 DAC + Amp. Please help me which amp/ DAC is gonna be the best for these headphones?
People say IFI products pair really well with Hifiman headphones. Look at the IFI neo IDSD 2, seems to be very feature pack. I have the arya stealth and my IFI sources gives them a nice body in the midrange and pleasent trebble
Since it's been a while since your original review, what amp/dac (separates or combo) would you pair with the stealths/organics under $2k?
I really cant imagine.... paying 1600$ for Arya, and couple years laters.... 600$... its a freaking K men!! xD Got stealth for 650$ best deal ever!!
Just ordered stealth for 500€ in europe haha
People are paying for accessories and boxing. Hifiman knows how to blow out the competition , by focusing on sound quality than useless boxes.
How do these compare to the HE1000?
Wonderful video Josh. May have to scrounge for the Arya Organic. Woof.😊
He1000 stealth is the best headphone I've heard to date, lcd x with eq can't touch it
@bren4973 Yeah I've been warned they will make you hate your other headphones😅
@TBombz it's the first headphone I've heard that has texture to vocals
I got the stealth once I saw the price drop, it blows everything else I’ve tried away(sundara, elegia, 6xx)
I bought the Organics about a month ago. Best purchase ever!!!
What do you think is the cheapest dac amp for powering the arya stealth to its fullest potential?
Is the arya organic better than the 109 pro?
I’ve rocking XS for a few years now but man that organic is speaking to me lol
I literally just took advantage of this deal. Great price. Awesome headphones.
I am about of getting rid of all my full size headphones and stationary dacs in a favour of 1 IEM and one DAP because of convenience and light weight with almost similar level of sound
Hey boss @joshua how do you personally EQ the stealth?
I found the stealth boring and uninspiring- I’m not sure why. The nano was exciting and plucky but with smaller soundstage. The organic was exciting but the treble was noticeable as soon as I put them on but then I quickly forgot about it. I’m not sure how that would work for neutrality and mixing purposes. The LCDX was also exciting but without the treble and soundstage. If the SE is as fun and exciting but better in every category I’d go for that.
Which amp would you recommend for the Arya Stealth?
How do this compare to the edition xs
Should I get these stealth version or the Focal Hadenys.... Currently coming off the Sennheiser 6xx.
Any Killer deal for DAC &/@ Amp? for the Arya
Which headphone do you personally consider the best neutral headphones for mixing and mastering tracks?
Ananda vs. Edition XS? 😇
These or LCD-X?
