Introduction to my Scottish Highland homestead

Hello I'm Cairi, I have a wee homestead in the Scottish Highlands with hens, a big vegetable garden, orchard and bees. I forage for food in the forests and love to cook from scratch using local in season ingredients.
My big goal for my homestead is to improve the soil health so I know we are eating healthy food and use organic gardening methods. We are on our way to self sufficiency 🌿
On my channel I'm hoping to share our daily way of life here in the beautiful Highlands, share what we are growing and eating and what works growing here.
