So enjoyed watching Richard bring the engine back to life. He knows his stuff clearly! So funny that the very minute the engine turned over the camera (and all of us!) went over backwards!
O “Ricardo” really knows about these excavator systems. From what I understood, you guys are going to dismantle a big piece that looks like a hydraulic server or something. Another thing, "don't give it a pressure wash, it's not necessary…But your greatest achievement in this excavator maintenance video was being able to find Richard, somewhere, not just anyone can do it!
What a GUY Richard is. The young plant fitters/mechanics these days probably would not have a clue coz they can`t plug in a diagnostic computer to the machine to see what the problem is lol. Keep up the good work Jasper.
I know nothing about mechanics and was surprised to have found this video very entertaining: real men at work and not afraid to get their hands dirty. Loved this vid.
I guess you call a person who works under the digger an UnderDoug. I don't know if that translates, but it could be inspiration for another Ghost Town T-shirt! 😂
This has been amusing, suspenseful, entertaining, joyful, all of the emotions I can think of…. I think Richard is now a permanent friend of the ghost town and holds a place high on the GT WALL OF FAME.. Hoping everything goes well… looking forward to the next chapter ❤️🐨❤️🐨❤️
Wow! You must be the luckiest guy in the world to have found Richard. Too me this looks like a nightmare, repairing a machine like that. Respect Richard! But hey, I'm only into electricity😅
Still loving your videos, glad you will stay on RUclips! Jasper, een Nederlands-Portugese vriendin zei me dat je verplicht een lening moet aangaan bij de bank om een huis te kopen in Portugal, klopt dat? Kan toch cash?
Pretty cool to have your own digger! But I payed €60 to have a digger level out my driveway (1 hour),, you need a lot of work for the digger to make this a good business case. And you might be spending more time on the digger, than in the digger 😕
@@Davidnumber23 I payed a guy with a digger to do the work,, took an hour and cost me €60. Jasper payed €4500 for this digger, and it is going to cost a pretty penny to keep it going/getting it to run good. So it might have to work for 100 hours before it become a good deal. and that is a lot of work.
@@GhostTownVlogs I am not sure I see what you see 😕There must be a limit to how many hydraulic cylinders you can fix, before that does not interest your audiences. But of cause it's a new thing to mess around with. I am trying to cut down on projects
The heartbreak & anguish when the digger breaks down, the joy when it roars to life again, the ongoing suspense as to when it's going to break down again- Doug's a RUclips drama machine that also sometimes works as a digger. Total win/win.@@MyPlayHouse

Now you know why that digger was so cheap, but Richard to the rescue, you lucky son of a gun. Best video I’ve seen so far.

It's going to be a sweet sound when it fires up. Friends like Richard are priceless.
Richard doing a great job on the digger. You are lucky to find him. Very enjoyable video.
How'd you find a Brit mechanic is Portugal? old trucks are built to last, just need love and care.
That was such a great video to watch, enjoyed Richard fixing everything, what a man !

The sweet sound of success! Congratulations, Jasper!
Jasper, you give a whole new meaning to ‘boys and their toys’. Appreciate another fun video from you, mate. Hugs from Sydney
Enjoyed the Vlog tonight. I’ve decided you need 2 donkeys! They will keep the grass down and are great watch dogs!
I completely agree :)
Arnold Schwartzenegger has a pet donkey and miniature horsie who have the run of his house. They're so cute and make wonderful pets.

Great Richard🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Yay for Richard!!
Great help and progress ... for future (leakage) repairs the purchase of an O-ring assortment might be handy ...

Good to see Alex in your video. We haven’t seen him for awhile and concerned about him.

Main the dash Friday. But also big part of the breaks. Let’s goooo Richard :)
Could that threaded hole have been an oil sensor, either pressure or temperature?
Please wash the windows when you get Dugg running?
And don't dig up more trees, svp.
How is the bathroom moving on?
Digging Norway is your name .. that’s all I’m going to say :)

you cannot landscape ones own property's for 60 euro tho, its worth its weight in silver now😁
As a RUclips man you must see the other factors involved right? :)
