- My house mates and I acoustic jamming sesh of 'Gangster's Paradise' with the one and only Coolio.
After making a guest appearance at a local club in Preston UCLAN, we got him back the next day to cook us a 3 course meal and share stories of his life and have a laugh! One of the most bizarre, surreal nights of my life! Not many people can say they've had dinner, been to Tesco supermarket and sang 'Gangster's Paradise' with Coolio.

My husband hung out with him at a party one night and said that Coolio never acted above anyone or too good to talk to anyone there. That’s so cool when someone whose lived such a vastly different life in such public eye doesnt make it a wedge between himself and others. Also so cool how in this video he got people to be comfortable singing and they sounded good once they got into it!

Man, I must have seen this at least 100 times! Everything about this vid is a masterpiece. RIP Coolio!!! That's the first rap song i've ever heard as a kid, a real classic, and full of nostalgia for me!! And even tho i'm a metal head, that song's on my playlist and can't help but to sing along anytime i hear it!! Funny that i'd find this now, i started to learn playing fingerstyle a few months ago, and as practice i like to try to come up with my own arrangements for certain songs that doesn't have guitar in them, and this was the first one i started on, started with basic chords strumming like this, then messed around with some picking on those same chords, and now still using that song to practice adding some percussion mixed in there!!! XD
