How easy to make Red Bean Coconut Glutinous Rice Cake 🤩 紅豆椰汁糯米糕-Tastes like red bean mochi 🤤🤤🤤

Hello everyone 😊, today I want to show you how to make Red Bean Coconut Glutinous Rice Cake 紅豆椰汁糯米糕 😋, this is a very simple and easy to make recipe and only requires a few ingredients. But it came out great and it’s texture is chewy like mochi and is not too sweet, but you can adjust the sugar accordingly.
By the way, I suggested you guys to use parchment paper to line in the container instead of oil because I just made another one and found it’s a lot easier to remove the cake after it’s cooked. Just peel off the parchment paper after it cool down.
Ingredients
Dried Red Bean 300g
Glutinous rice flour 220g
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
Granulated sugar 100g
