Hello everyone 😊, today I want to share my all time favorite dessert - Mini Tiramisu with no Marsala wine 😋 this dessert is very easy to make, it’s very creamy, light, and absolutely delicious! Now, you can assemble your tiramisu. Grab a wide bowl and mix in heavy whipping cream, mascarpone cheese, vanilla extract and powdered sugar, dip the ladyfingers into coffee, assemble together and you will get the creamy and delicious dessert. I hope you guys will enjoy my recipe 😋
Ingredient (Makes 6 to 8 dessert cups)
Ladyfingers
Mascarpone cheese 375g
Heavy whipping cream 1 1/2 cups
Coffee 1 cup
Powdered sugar 1 cup
Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
Cocoa powder

A quick tip, once you brush the crispy coating mixture, you cannot brush on oil or else the crispy coating will not work. Best to brush on 2 or 3 layers of the crispy skin coating, and the duck skin has to be separated with air for it to crisp up.

I never try using Instant Pot. But I suggest you cook 45 minutes to 1 hour on your instant pot to see how it turns out, and adjust it accordingly 😊.
