This concert was just before the shutdown of the world. February 16th. Strange that this concert was held when their New Year's concert was postponed and held in August afterwards.
Wagakki band consists of:
Yuko Suzuhana - Shigin / vocals
Machiya - guitar
Beni Ninagawa - tsugaru shamisen
Kiyoshi Ibukuro - koto
Asa - bass
Daisuke Kaminaga - shakuhachi
Wasabi - drums
Kurona - wadaiko
They are all professionals in their instrument. Yuko started the band, but Machiya has the final say in production.

The way the japanese singer sings in most of their songs is called Shigin. Its a traditional way or reciting poetry.
The only thing left to say is I wish I could hear it live!!!! Those drums, the orchestra, their voices........
Yuko Suzuhana is my favorite Japanese singer! This group is so colorful
Japanese popular uniqe vibrato usualy call "Enka" style.
But Yuko Suzuhana, the singer sings in "Shigin" style, which is quite different to enka style.
They do a lot of Vocaloid type stuff too.
She is a "Shigin"master🎤
Shigin is a Japanese traditional singing style👘
She's Yuko. And, she is a kind of "typical Japanese beauties." No one would complain about it WWW.
The japanese flute, the Shakuhachi, is one of the best sounding instruments in the world to me. The windy sound gives mes chills
This is an epic combination of powerful forces!
Amy Lee also performed together live with Yuko and Wagakki Band on their song Senbonzakura.

I will recommend "Howling", "Guren", "Tomodachi Ninarouyo", "Sabaku no komuriuta".
"Howling" has shigin part like in "Akatsuki no ito" you've reacted to.
Yuko is a pianist like Amy. Probably because of her classical background (or just because they can), they do concerts like this with full orchestra, where they re-arrange their own songs or turn them into orchestration only. This is their second time.
How about Sakura Rising. A song that Yuko and Amy Lee wrote together during COVID 19 pandemic.

for soft songs- "Sabaku no komuriuta" , "Izana" , "Tsuioku (acoustic version)" , "perfect blue" , "sasameyuki" ...
for heavy track- "homura" , " ikusa" , "hangeki no yaiba" , "valkyrie" ....
