I know! That's not my dog, some lady let it chase the bike,maybe to tire the dog out. I was trying to stay away. Also a little girl chased it and her mom just video's it. It draws a crowd in the park,but i dont want to accidentally hit someone or a dog. My dogs however LOVE to chase it!
