5lb Whole Chicken
1/3 cup/80 milliliters dark soy sauce or Hoisin Sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup honey
3 TBSP brown sugar
3 TBSP minced garlic (minced)
3 TBSP ketchup
1 TSP Tabasco
1/2 TSP sea salt
1/2 TSP black pepper
1 TSP sesame oil

I just got one not sure how to use. I want to use the rotisserie to cook a 2 1/2 roast. How Long to cook??
What kind of roast, beef, pork?
There’s another drip tray underneath that one so you could’ve taken that drip pan out to give you more room
The problem is there are 2 bars right where that pan is so it doesn't really provide any more space to remove it. Additionally, that is not a good drip tray at the bottom. If you do not have the other one in there it LEAKS all the oil and drippings out of the unit.....ask me how I know that.
