Great advice Holly !! I couldn’t agree more - I found after a while when I was eating too little calories it actually started doing the opposite because you would crave the things you weren’t eating then binge eat!!!

This is all good. BUT IF you are over 50 years of age and are experiencing Menapause symptoms. Like hot flashes, no sleep, headaches, fatigue, abdominal wait gain, hormonal issues, or just feeling crappy. You're not going to lose weight no matter what you do. You don't have the body or the hormones you did when you were in your 20s or 30s.
Not true you just have to see what works for you, of course not easy but nothing is easy. Eat clean & workout, consistency is key. I'm 53 & in very good shape.
