@@jedw9983 There's me thinking that most properties I've looked at in Portugal so far are super cheap!... I guess it depends on your budget and what you're used to spending in your own country.
Wow, Luis, I never thought you'd list a property so far from your Castelo Branco office, an hour's drive away. Charming village, but a pity the house has no garden. However, someone will snap it up, that's for sure! 😄
It's funny that in North America, an hour away is around the corner, while in Portugal, it's far. On weekends, I'll drive around for four hours just for fun.
No, it's noy usual but it's nice to understand the story behind it. Usually old houses had a small business in the ground floor and the owners use to live upstairs, reason why we see many houses with two entries, one for the home upstairs and another for the business, downs stairs. In this case, it was a tavern. When the building was update, a couple of decades ago, they used the same layout. 😀👍
The Price seemed initially to be a great deal…, until you realize that you have to go outside to travel between your kitchen and the rest of the house. Sorry, but that is a hard NO! Otherwise, the house would be a great deal, but there seems no way to install and internal staircase between the basement and first and second floors.
Next to river beach my dear 45 K. Not my cup of tea. For this price, or a bit more, I would search in Italy, for example. Something with more privacy, close to nature. But different people, people with different tastes
First property I've seen in Portugal priced well
No me enteré cuando dijo el precio

Thanks for the visit of the house and the village.

Great price
Lovely dangerous boiler installation
18 months ago this would have been 10000!.
Luis. Great work as always. Cheers my friend.🍺🍺
First time viewing your channel. Was this once a larger home that was divided? Beautiful village and well maintained.
Welcome. I think so yes, many years ago.
Great place great property but why is the river beech so quiet
It was 12:34h with 42’degrees that day. Not comfortable to be half naked in the sun at that time.
It’s unusual for the kitchen to not be connected from the inside. How common is that?

Olá Luis. Esta casa ainda está disponível?
@@carlosmsm225 sim, entrou hoje para venda.
I'd buy this house for 30 000, it's a cute place. 😘
@@tiogoala7654 I can imagine you would 😊.
Too bad that it doesn’t have a yard nor parking space. But nice home.

Not many people around for a summer day ?
It was midday, modern people are at work, I think traditional people would be at home having midday meal and possibly siesta. (I would be)
@@cfatal3290 yep, it reached 42 that day and trust me, you don’t want to be almost naked on the sun at noon when it’s 42 degrees outside. 👍

Some people say 15,20 or 30000 €
Can you tell me the price of this house, I can't find it 😢
@@robvanveenendaal8778 it’s in the title €45.000 👍
Too close to the river for my liking with insane weather events
@@trevorwindle8980 it would be the first time it would ever happen. Also around 270 meters above sea level.
What about parking space?
@@MaryFont62 no private one, but a lot available around the house.
