Love how you are so honest and genuine, God Bless You and your family, so nice to see someone who understands and cares when it seems no one does, it's truly heartbreaking
15:50 video time = “Controlled Application Review and Resolution Program" (CARRP), the government excludes many applicants from Arab, Middle Eastern, Muslim and South Asian communities from these opportunities by delaying and denying their applications without legal authority. Learn more about CARRP and how it has harmed the naturalization process.
This advisory discusses United States Citizenship and Immigration Service’s (“USCIS”) Controlled Application Review and Resolution Program, or “CARRP.” In 2008, USCIS created CARRP as its policy for identifying, screening, and adjudicating applications for immigrant benefits, including naturalization, adjustment of status, and asylum, from individuals it considers a “national security concern.” CARRP relies upon overbroad and discriminatory criteria to flag applicants for immigration benefits as national security concerns, particularly those who are Muslim or from Muslim-majority countries. It then directs USCIS officers to delay and ultimately deny their applications-all without informing applicants they are subject to the policy, let alone giving them an opportunity to respond to the agency’s classification of them as a “national security concern.”
My wife received a 221G form she was missing my original birth certificate we only had a copy we just submitted the original online do you know how long it typically takes for them to approve it and also when I scanned it with my phone my birth certificate as a watermarks saying void will they except that?
I-130 stuck at USCIS going on 17 months! Also just wondering if other religions respected why is separation so long, in Islam man is not allowed to be separated from his wife more than 6 months, obviously religious beliefs of no concern or respected
