@@conjering If the frets are lifted then yes. If they are all seated then this is to be expected. I have received necks from both Warmoth and Musikraft that needed a full fret job. No big deal because I do it myself.
It was really bad, they did require some attention, but when you buy a new neck it should need minimal work. I received a new neck. The guys at warmoth are told how to press frets, they don’t have experience. They were excellent in the 80’s and 90’s.
Warmoth does not level frets. That is the end users responsibility.
