BMS bohot zarori hay agar AAP ka tarika theek hota to bari bari companies ko Kia Pari thi BMS lagane ki BMS k bagher battery over charge bhi hoti hay oor under charge bhi or short circuit see bhi protective nahi rehti har cell proper according to requirement charge nahi hota .
Bhai BMS is liye lagaya jata he take aap battery ko 13v 18v ke charger se charge kar sake kyou har bande ke pass fix 12v charger nehi hota. Mene jo tariqa bataya us me aapko fix 12v ke charger se charge karna parega agar voltage ziyda diya to battery kharab hogi.
Agar aap technical banda hote to aapko samjh aajata. Me aapko aek simple misal deta hun aapke pass jo bhi 12v ka battery he aap us ko 5v ke charger se charge karoge to us me sirf 5v hi charge hoga chahe aap us ko pura mahina laga ke rakho us me 12v charge nehi hoga. Esi trah jab aap 12v ke charger se is project ko charge karoge to us me sirf 12v full hoga jab ke is battery me 12.6v tak charge ho sakta he to koi bhi battery us waqt tak kharab nehi hoti jab tak usko over charge nehi karo. To jab us me 12.6v pura charge nhei hoga to kyou kharab hoga ?

Rafiq Expe:- This Lithium Ion battery's hypothesis is correct, any way we are using lap top seconds battery's, already in senior citizens levels, no question of overcharge, that to as per your cells connection cum 12volts adaptor charger nothing damage going to happen, I too using EV cycle 48 volts as BMS not working just disconnected and using regularly even charging only fixed for correct 1 hr only, You are correct with old used batteries nothing to worry.Good job and Demo, 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

You can extend but be carefull if you make a 4s battery then you can charge it with 16.50v max

same battery agar drill machine main use kary tu low discharge ka problem ajay ga us se kasa bacha jay. koi solution ho tu btay. mujy drill main 3s battery use karni hai without bms. bms lagany se drill kam nai karti. aur power bhi nai dati. without bms full power pa chalti hai lakin cell low discharge hony ka problem hai
Bhai drill to 24v pe chalti he agar aapke pass 12v ka he to is battery se chal jayega. Low discharge ka error to nehi aana chahiye

hello champ! how to know the maximum amperage of laptop bms? have you tried the bms of power tools .... dewalt ... makita .... milwaukee
All type of laptop bms is 5 Ampere. But you can charge and discharge it at maximam 3 Ampere

Bhai is idea se aap battery banayenge to aapko sirf aek baat ka khyal rakhna parega aap jis charger se charge karoge wo fix 12v ka hona chahiye kuch charger pe 12v likha hota he lekin wo 15v tak dete he to aesa charger istemal nehi karna . Apne charger ko pehle multimeter se check kare fix 12v he to us se charge kare. Baqi aap jitne Ampere ka ho masla nehi aur teno cell aek barabar charge hoga

Pehli baat to har cell alag alag nehi he 4/4 cell aek sath he bms har cell ko alag alag charge ya discharge nehi karta. Wo sirf 12.6v pure hone pe cutt of kar deta he aur 9v pe hone discharge cutof kar deta he. Dusri baat agar cell zero charge pe chala jaye to koi masla nehi hota yeh sirf darane wali baat he ke zero pe cell kharab hoti he. Me tamam cell laptop ki old battery se nikalta hun jis me 80% cell me bilkul bhi charge nehi hota lekin jab me un ko charge karta hun charge ho jati he. Agar zero pe kharab ho jati to purane cell koi nehi kharidta

Dear any 3.7v battery can charge maximam 4.2v if any battery not load 4.2v then its mean this battery cant bee charge with any charging module. Because all charging module charging battery until they are not fully loaded 4.2v
When you charge with 12v adepter all battery can charge maximam 4v its mean all battery are safe.

Battery making circuit was very good. But the charging adapter is not good. I have made this charger myself also. It continues charging of the cells. Due to continuously charging cells heats up and finishes in one week or in one month.
It should have autocutoff circuit in between 12 volt battery and adapter so that adapter will continue giving 12 volts to the device and autocutoff will only provide 12 volts when there is no electricity from adapter.

Hello Sir, I have tried to build a pack like yours but whenever it runs down one of the cells dies and I have to change it before it will charge again, and please can you do it in English or put translator or subtitles
Please be carefull before making this project. Always remember Please use a maximum 12V charger only to charge this battery.
DONT FOLLOW ANY OF THIS. You will end up with a very big fire.
my question is what if i use a 12v 6amp charger and forgot to unplug sometime will it overcharge and damaged the battery? or will it stop charging? or how am i suppose to know that my battery is fully charged?

For instance if I want to increase to 24 or 36 can I follow your pattern and leave the last positive and negative sides of 4 cells as u did? Again joint vertical and horizontal can increase amp I guess. Pls respond
suppose 1 cell 2000 mah he & baki 500 & 500 he. tho 500 wala tho full ho jaega but 2000 mah me 1500 mah khali he is lie total volt drop honge means 12 nhi honge. tho 2000 mah wala tho chalo charging pe charage hota rahega lakin 500 mah wale cells over charage hone lag jaega kiu k voltage pore hone tal load sab pe divide hoga. so 500 wale dono cell kharab ho jaenge. & yhi same problem discharge pe b hoga. 500 mah wala cell 0 volt pe pohonch jaega jabke whi aik cell 2000mah tab b 1500mah capacity baki hoga. so 500 wala waste... 😊😊
Bhai jaan jab prelar me cell lage honge to jis cell ke mah kam honge wo low hone se pehle dusre cell se charge ho jata he . Yaqeen nehi aata to test kar lo. Aek cell charge full karo dusra cell khali ho dono ko prelar me joint kar do pher dekho kuch hi der me dono cell me barabar charge ho jayega

3 cells series me laga k hi 12v banega na.. so aik battery ka mah zyada he dosre ka kam he tho charager tho sab ko same volt dega. jis ki capacity kam he wo jaldi full ho jaega or jis ka zyada he wo charage hoga tho os k sath jo cell full he wo over charage hone lagega... or yhi same condition discharage k lie b he..
but i think apne BMS pora read nhi kia he.. k BMS ka kam kia he.. or kiu use hota he lithium ion battery k lie...
