I love your enthusiasm. I am worried about the future of Doctor Who. RTD has been the kiss of death this time around. He's made a show for himself rather than the fans. Love your work.
I think doctor who could continue with or without Disney I hope Ncuti Gatwa does at least a third and fourth season's but it would be up to him if he wants to leave after three seasons I am just going to wait and see what will happen in the future.
It wouldn't surprise me in the least now the yanks have got hold of it, I am a big fan but In my opinion Dr Who finished the moment Jodie Whitaker regenerated, Disney land Dr who whats next marvel Dr who for christ sakes how shit can it get. The BBc sold out on us, I have not watched this new stuff and have no intention of doing so, Its what happens when you throw piles of money at something it doesn't always work.
I've believed for a while that doctor who should be rested and brought back when the time is right. Bring Russell back is like taking the show backwards, not forwards, but Ncuti is a good doctor. He has just come in at the wrong time.
If RTD continues to control this catastrophe then it will continue to be a colossal cock up. I never liked his way of writing the show or the Doctor’s character. He seems to think that the Doctor should be acting in a very human way. His version is more fantasy soap opera rather than science fiction. Many of the ratings on I player are probably for Classic Who. They seem to merge the two for their own benefit. When people say RTD’s first run was great they aren’t paying attention to the Deus ex machina plots that RTD relies on. Moffat also overused this and modern Who really struggles to kill anyone off without bringing them back moments later. Classic Who was way more gritty and mature. TheDoctor resurrected by communal thought from a birdcage is one of the dumbest plots I’ve ever seen, along with the laughable Sutekh plot. It needs new writers working on it. People who know something of science and science fiction.
By the way I really like when you give opinion directly to camera, it's refreshing.

I agree to an extent. Russell was brilliant from 2005 to 2010, but his return seems lacking and self-serving.
I loved the 60th anniversary but yeah. His ego is plastered all over season 1.

Maybe if we have a gap year then Season 3 could be more epiodes
Possibly although I doubt it will have more than 8 (or 9 if you include the Christmas special) :)
I could not give a toss about doctor who since Disney got it's dirty little hands on it.
Disney don't have any say in the series it is just airs on Disney plus
