As I've noticed with Charles uni, is that they offer a big range of classes. And taking about 9 modules per semester is usually a standard, which would put one in a tight time slot. Do corporations in prague accept giving part time jobs, or flexible schedules that can be stretched to the weekends too?
Hello! Thank you for your question :) Working part time and as a student is possible here in Prague and Czech Republic in general. Students must remember, that studies should come first. And regarding the flexible schedules - it is always on the agreement between the employer and you.
I’m finishing up my second year of college here in the states and have been researching transferring to Prague. However, which school(s) do you recommend for Computer Science? I was told Americananglo University but it’s quite small
Hello! Thank you for your message! There are multiple universities in Prague where you can study Computer Science. We are a project of public universities and they also offer this study programme. Please write us on info@studyinprague.cz and we will inform you about all options!
Study in Prague hi! I sent the email but received an automated message stating that the email is no longer active because that person doesn’t work at the institution anymore..
Hi, I have bachelor in computer science in CTU FIT, finishing masters now, I did some competitive programming (which reflect computer science very well), tho I can only provide insight on public schools, never heard of Americananglo (prob. private and these are not that popular here), but as for programming in Prague there are three schools worth mentioning, 1) CTU FIT - aboslutely best for deep understanding of programming and has probably most prestigious name for finding job, it might be little harder tho, expect lot of homeworks, its hard work high reward 2) CTU FEL - kind of simplier, I know lot of FIT students who fail try this school and they usually can finish this one, the subjects are bit lower quality but there is more of them, on the other hand FEL Cybernetics and Robotics is actually pretty good if you are interested in AI, however you can get subjects all across CTU no matter the Faculty 3) MFF UK - best for math, but obviously programing is weaker, still very good for theoretical stuff in computer science As for joint trainings and competitions on competitive prog., FEL never stood a chance, it was kind of meme really at least at my times, teachers would have us do walk of shame if we ranked below FEL, on the other hand MFF UK was challenging, they got upperhand on math stuff, but we could make faster programs where time mattered so I think both are good choice, but I think with FIT u get better job chance in the end.
@@lauryrodriguez7229 our email info@studyinprague.cz definitely works! IN any case, you can also write to: erika.lahka@cvut.cz who works in Czech Technical University in Prague. And there is a good comment from Adam Simek under this video!
Could you please mention the second one clearly or write the location, I'll be so thankful.
