Hi guys, sorry for the long delay but I have been extremely busy over the summer period trying to keep 4 children entertained and due to my oldest son having high functioning autism, it makes it a little more demanding to make this happen at times.
I am currently working on an update video for the Candy washer dryer "my thoughts 6 months on". Is it still a good machine or is it riddled with issues. Would love to see you using it with a smart phone there’s a lot of talk it doesn’t function properly with iOS iPhone
I had mind for 2 years the app is crap 9 times out of 10 it didn't work, I have spent 2 hours trying to get to work on my android app...so only use dial.

That's down to you. I wouldn't choose hoover as they manufacture candy. Beko have always done well for us and I have 4 children.

I have one of these for about a year and would not recommend it to anyone. Look for the more mechanical type. Called out the technical guys bit still having problems. Dryer keeps turning off and i have to unplug the unit every 20 minutes to reset the memory
are you happy with the machine at the moment or are you thinking for taking it back
We have 2 machines so I use this one for the dryer and when I have a lot of washing to do.

Hi again as promised the machine has a depth of 58cm, the door is 51cm so with the door fully open it is 109cm. Hope this help :)

how is your machine have you had any issues with it
To be fair it's not been to bad I've had a couple of occasions were it has locked up and I've had to switch it off from the mains. Plus when using the app to use all the other washing options my honor 8 and my wife's iPhone se have the app fail to recognize the machine so we're having to use the few options via the machine itself which is less then perfect. Plus I feel washing and drying cycle are a tad to long. Still prefer a machine with a proper dial. Hope this helps. :)

Do a cycle
Unfortunately due to the nature of the machines design making a cycle video will not really make any sense. Due to the fact that the door is jet black so you would not be able to even see the drum in action.

thanks would you recommend the washing machine version as I have just ordered it I'm scared that it will lock my clothes in the drum
william davo it's only done this to me a few times switching it off and on again will unlock the door. If it ever happens. Since making the video I'm liking the machine less I much prefer a dial we're it shows all options. I would say as you have 12 month warrenty if your not happy with it when you get it return it and get another. It's all done to preference and what your looking for in a machine. I believe there are better machines for the same price.

Cause with the machine on, press and hold the zoom button and set button at the same time untill you see a message child lock off. It's the same to turn on the child lock too. Hope this helps. :)
