OMG! SHATNER GOT A FACEFULL!
I don't see the point of asking a celebrity to autograph your anatomy unless it is sexual or something. It is temporary anyhow. Now, if William Shatner had a tattoo gun I think both he and his buxom fan could have had some real fun.
Actually, it's not uncommon, especially now. Fans will get an autograph on their body and then go to a tattoo shop and have it tattooed on them. Not saying that's what was happening here, but it is not unusual anymore.

Well, yeah, sexual would cross my mind as being a motive.
He could remember that it was her left breast. Couldn't have been very shocked.... Could he. I wonder how many times that has happened.
He's got a photoperfect picture of it in his head to this day.
There's something that comes across from shatner, that gives me distaste for his character. Which puts me off him. although I have always liked him in star trek, no one else could take his part and be as convincing loved wathing him in star trek only. But the man himself. ! Well????
He might have said something like, "Ok, now let's see the other one."
