    scales will time out and shut off. if this happens, remove your cups, put three empty ones on, tare the scale again to arrive at your starting weight, replace the empty cups with your cups of oil and you are back at your oil measurements.

    Hi! Thank you for explaining how to blend FO. ?? If I wanted to blend 2 fragrance Oils to add into a bottle if it is 60/40 how would I go about doing so? Thank you !

    • @wilcandles
      @wilcandles  3 месяца назад

      You are very welcome. ❤️
      The ratio would depend on how you want the candle to smell… it could be 50/50, 60/40, 70/30… the choice is up to you.

    Hi Sherry, Im Sheila. Thank you for your wonderful content! Your idea with the q-tips in the jar is such a great idea. Im just wondering once your done with that sample scent, how are you cleaning the jar to ensure no scent is left inside? Rubbing alcohol or just plain soap and water? Thank you for your time Sheila

    • @wilcandles
      @wilcandles  7 месяцев назад +1

      Hi Sheila and welcome to my channel. I just spray a couple of sprays of alcohol and wipe it out with a paper-towel. Hope that helps.

    Is that the additive you use in your candles - behind you in the bag below the shelf? If so, do you mind sharing what exactly it is used for?

    • @wilcandles
      @wilcandles  9 месяцев назад

      Oh no… that is a bag of bees wax, that I was planning on using on another project. So basically … it’s just sitting there! 😋

    Can I use one end of a q-tip for one FO and the other end of the same q-tip for different FO scent?

    • @wilcandles
      @wilcandles  9 месяцев назад

      Yes… that would still allow you equal amounts the FO

    How do you name the candle

    • @wilcandles
      @wilcandles  11 месяцев назад

      I usually give the candle a name that will tell the customer what it’s going to smell like.
