    Pancake Tacos😍 These are such a fun breakfast idea!😋 The recipe is gluten-free & high-protein!

    This recipe makes about 2 servings:

    For the pancakes:
    1 egg
    3/4 cup Greek yogurt (180 ml)
    1 tablespoon maple syrup or brown sugar
    1/2 cup gluten-free flour mix (or wheat flour if not coeliac/intolerant/IBS sufferer) (120 ml)
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

    Fillings
    Greek yogurt
    berries/fruit
    maple syrup

    1. Mix the wet ingredients together
    2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined
    3. Cook on a non stick skillet for a couple of minutes on each side
    4. Let cool down for a few minutes, add the filling and enjoy!

      Love these, and I'm not a pancake fan. These are delicious, I dust with a bit of cinnamon 😋

      i just made these but the inside wasn’t as fluffy (airy) as regular pancakes is it because of the yogurt?? still good tho, thanks for the idea i’ve been looking for a homemade recipe!!

    Will you sharing your preferred gluten free flour mix? If not the brand, maybe what it’s made of, pretty please? Last attempt at your pancakes was a bust for me with coconut flour 😅🙃
