Growing Sweet Corn

Not much tastes better than fresh farm grown sweet corn. Today we go over how we grow our sweet corn (as well as how we grown our field corn) and how sweet corn should be harvested. We pick our corn early in the morning while it is still cool and immediately transport it to our cooled trailer (the one we use for our ranched raised beef). This ensures the corn will stay fresh and get the best quality/flavor possible!

It was surprisingly cold in that field! Definitely cool enough for the coat. At least until the moment that sun came over the mountains. And finding that lucky double was a highlight!🌽🌽
