I love these two - I wish they'd opted to do the final Takumi-kun movie so we could see them get their HEA after they leave the school. The chemistry between these two is still as breathtaking as always though, so I'll take my fixes where I can. ;D
No sadly there won't be - at least not with the most beloved pairing of Takumi and Gii in their current incarnation. As shown with this separate movie (and different characters and plot) is that they work so well together even though they're straight guys (and best friends) in RL. However I suppose it's possible someone somewhere could reboot the series with new actors. However the chemistry would have to be as amazing as this and I'm not sure that's possible. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. T-T
I read that it's based off of a BL novel but the director went more towards the friendship route than the boyfriends route. So its not officially a yaoi BUT there are hints of it... This is what I have read...
