I visited Hong Kong, three months ago. Definitely, one of the most amazing, interesting and fascinating cities in the world. I hope to come back someday. Great video, made me great memories.

Very nice recordings from the peak, Hk-Island, Kowloon, repulse bay and all the other gorgeous places. HK is my favourite megacity on the planet. The mixture of subtropics climate, sparkling skyscraper, beautiful nature and safety in nearly every district is unique.

Honk Kong is my ultimate favorite city. The nature, the sights, the places, the people everything about it is beautiful. Just watching this video makes me feel so good. I can't wait to visit it :) Btw that Bruce Lee part, the Avenue Of Stars & the Epic Bruce Lee statue gave me goosebumps...so Epic & Legendary! ;)

This is so beautiful, so great, so full of things to do and places to see. I had no interest in Hong Kong only one month ago but now, it's one of my favorite cities in the world. I'd love to use the cable car and the double decker buses and trams, to see the beautiful landscapes, the Bank of China Tower that hooked me and Tian Tian Buddha.

im born and raised in hong kong. have to say that watching this and reading ppl's comments about hong kong is quite interesting for me.
i love hong kong. it's got a unique culture. whoever's the ruler, hong kong is, culturally, a place of its own . that's what hong kong should strive to preserve.
i witnessed the open ceremony of the big buddha. was a young kid then. i don't like the neighbourhood there becoming so commercialised because that's not what buddhism is about. this is just one example about the government not playing a good role to balance the interests of different stakeholders. another example is more recent. google: Secretive deal on Hong Kong Palace Museum will further erode trust in authorities.
all in all, hong kong is a great place despite the political issues.

I want to go back! Had such a nice week in Hong Kong in July 2009, despite it being in the middle of the rain season with hot, humid days and sudden rainfalls. I managed to see quite a many of the sights featured in this video, a really hectic week indeed. That scyscraper in Kowloon was still under construction back then. Me and my friends stayed just a short walk from there, in a hostel situated in ill-reputed Chungking Mansion at Nathan Road, hahaha... I didn't choose that, but it was an interesting experience! :)

I was in Kowloon and Central District in 2004.... Stayed on Nathan Road, Holiday Inn Golden Mile.
How'd you even get out the door? That is an incredibly busy street...
LOL Sir James...it was a very interesting street..every 2 blocks (heading to the Ferry) a guy would stop me trying to sell me a custom made suit. And at Night..the "ladies" were thick as flies. I liked the Rolex watches in the store on the lst floor...big prices in HKD's.
