There are many routes to obtaining your teaching credential in California. The traditional route requires teacher preparation coursework to be completed, as well as supervised Student Teaching, prior to becoming the classroom teacher of record. For some, the time and cost involved can be a barrier. An alternative route to the teaching credential is through an intern program, allowing you to be the full-time teacher while completing the teacher preparation coursework at the same time. Explore your credentialing options in this 1-hour, interactive workshop.
