My Strategy to STOP 🛑 Over-Trading

My Steps:
1. Move to a Longer Time Frame
2. Trade with Less Share / Contracts
3. No Overnight Trading

When I started in Aug 2020, I used to take 6-12 trades per day as a scalper. Now I have reduced it to 1-3 trades per day. I try aiming for 1 trade per day. Also I used to trade using a 10 minute timeframe, but now I'm using a 5 minute timeframe for NQ with 5 contracts per trades and a 3 minute timeframe for CL with 10 contracts per trades. For the NQ my trade lasts about under 5 minutes and for the CL it lasts about under 45 minutes.
I tried trading The Globex Session, but it didn't workout well for me.

Hey I have a question about TradeStation. Have you been able to withdraw your funds from TradeStation easily ? This seems like a common issue based on my research on the platform.
I've heard that was an issue too but the reviews that said that were pretty outdated. I haven't had an issue. Let me know what other research you find! Thanks for sharing.

I solved the problem with overtrading - i only trade GBP/USD on market opening til 12am in Berlin Timezone (normally not more than 2 chances to get in a trade)

I think when BLM starting rioting and looting, and started being racist towards every other race, a lot off people changed their view on the specific BLM group.. you can still support black people without supporting the hate group that is BLM today.. A lot of people just jumped on the BLM band wagon in 2020.. doesn't mean tori isn't smart IMO lol
It does seem like an unusual thing to mention on a trading channel. Although it’s not uncommon for people to get caught up in politics and be tempted to virtue signal, as well as capitalize on current trending topics to gain traffic.
She's inexperienced in life, because everyone young is. So, let her journey unfold.
