- Haiiii, traders! In this video, I'm stoked to share the details of my latest record-breaking trade. I'm gonna walk you through the trade setup, entry point, and the strategy that led to this success.
I'll be focusing on my trading strategy, which revolves around trend lines and areas of support & resistance. Specifically, I'll discuss how I use these tools to identify potential trades and manage risk.
One key aspect of this trade is the use of the "moon phase" indicator LMAO Despite some initial skepticism, I decided to experiment with this indicator, especially given the eclipse that happened. Surprisingly, the moon phase indicator played a significant role in this trade, aligning with my trend line strategy to provide a strong signal.
Throughout the video, I share my thought process behind each decision, including why I entered the trade at a specific point and how I managed my position as the trade developed.

I have a 3 fund portfolio consisting of 33% S&P, 33% Total stock, and 33% international. I feel a need to focus on complete growth so I went 100% stocks, but does the SP500 and TSM overlap too much to make sense holding both? However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait but watching my portfolio dwindle away is such an eye -sore.
There are many other interesting stocks in many industries that you might follow. You don't have to act on every forecast, so I'll suggest that you work with a financial advisor who can help you choose the best times to purchase and sell the shares or ETFs you want to acquire.
I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day investment decisions being guided by an advisor, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using my advisor for over 2years+ and I've netted over 2.8million.
I actually subscribed for a few trading courses but it didn't help much, been getting suggestions to use a proper financial advisor, how did you go about touching base with your coach?

The market trend can turn around very quickly. In fact, the indexes often switch from a bear market to a bull market when the news is at its worst and the mood of investors is at its lowest point. I read an article of people that grossed profits up to $150k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?
This is still a window-shopping market. But there are a lot of intriguing stocks to watch from a variety of sectors. You don’t have to act on every forecast, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.
I agree, having a brokerage advisor for investing is genius! Amidst the financial crisis in 2008, I was really having investing nightmare prior touching base with a advisor. In a nutshell, i've accrued over $2m with the help of my advisor from an initial $350k investment.

Ideally when you observe the price drops below the 20 margin you can set your entry point and pin your selling position above there. But just like she said in the video,you can't rely on a single strategy for huge profits, you'll need a better trading establishment to make as much profit as she does
Prices are never constant because market stays teetering,entry point varies in respective of the current market trend
Concentrate on your E.L.E.E and you will notice a more desirable trading result

Very good trade!! You can always beat yourself up about the what ifs. Be proud you had a record amazing trade and then analyze what to fix for the future.
In this case, looks like a mindset reset is needed to focus on your strategy and get away from worrying about your stats.
We always want to be perfect, but perfect doesn't exist. There's always room for improvement no matter who you are.
Just be happy by focusing on what you feel is important.

Hey Tori, congrats! Now it appears to be a fake breakout on the 4H top trendline, are you considering shorting? or do you just trade with the overall buyer trend?
first of all congrats on that record trade.. second wanted to point out that..the safety line you drew was only possible if it's a continuous contract chart ( like PL1! ) , if you would trade on platinum April month fut. chart, It will break your upward line..
And I am pointing this out because if you see charts on meta or in any prop firm space, similar things happen..and will lose the trade ..any suggestions??

OMG Tori, I wish you hadn't closed that trade. Break of the red trendline confirms another uptrend. It went up vertically and is hovering around 1000 now. Why don't you just move your stop up so it's just below the upper red line? Still, well done.

It is a good idea to take some profit and hold some that way you cover the fomo in case it keeps going up and have already secured some profit if it drops down. That's what I usually do.

Reeled me in with “Laser Show” lol I used to do trend lines and swing trade. I went backwards from where you started 9 years ago with pink sheets(penny stocks), forex, options, then lost too much money over-leveraging futures. Now I day trade futures and lose my mind every day but I’m better at managing risk lol😅

Hey Tori, if you turn on overnight candles it broke your trend-lines after your initial buy on a wrong contract. A quick question - do you not include overnight price movement into your analysis?

Quick Question: If I enter a expiring contract.... Does that mean it will go against me? I am long on Natural Gas and wondering if I made mistake going into a contract expiring in a week....

Hey Tori! Serious question here... I am curious as to why you set your time zone to Central time (your local time) when PL is traded on the NYMEX. Shouldn't your charts reflect the time zone of the exchange, not your local time? I only ask because I couldn't figure out for the life of me... how one of the swing lows respected your safety line (it strongly broke on the NY EST chart). Thanks!

3:51 for those of us trying to learn, showing us your mistakes and how you deal with them is better. Losses happen, if you demonstrate how you followed all your rules on a loss that’s actually better. Is also really useful to see when you are not putting a trade on etc, because over trading is so easy to do.

That break of your safety line by the end of March was indeed VERY close. You must have been sweating bullets at that point, carrying 20 contracts. What was your max. drawdown in that trade? I assume around -$ 8k, right? Glad that trade turned out well for you in the end, but with a $100k account you were running a pretty extended risk, or not?

Hey I’m trying to get into futures but I’m a little confused by what you mean when you said the contract will end in a day or two. Could I get a more in depth explanation?
i dint get in on any break on trendline, but i recongnized a big inverse head and shoulder pattern that played out by the book
I was early on platinum sell call. Closed the trade -$50 only to see daily Ultimate oscillator and ROC rate of change bearish. The sales are happening now. I tripled down fk that take profit @$900 price level for $1000K profit. Platinum is awesome.
