Awesome vlog, strangely enough my morning started out like that ..just not in the right frame of mind, probably cuz I woke up at like 3 am to use the restroom I dunno. Glad your day got better , looked as she had loads of fun on her Birthday, nice meals, ice skating which I can't do I would fall lol, and some nice gifts . Happy Bday Sierra !!! Hey Clintus and everyone else seeing this comment. I’m currently 24 and when I was 20 I had a serious anxiety, depression, etc that was literally ruining my life although everyone thought I was perfect. Going to college, working, investing, saving but I was seriously unhappy. I finally sucked it up and went to see a therapist. 3 years later I no longer go therapy but not because it no longer helpful but because my therapist taught me techniques to calm me down. It’s sounds crazy but something as simple as taking deep breaths seriously helped. Therapy isn’t for everyone but I think everyone should give it a shot. Thanks for listening to my ted talk. lol
