I just discovered this video & I'm glad to see people dissecting Flumes unique sound! 😋 Personally, I'm more interested into Flumes music Theory & how he might go about making his tracks unique, off-time, drum patterns & synth leads, but a MAYBE we can HOPE for a Masterclass from Harley in a few years... 😔
tapenotes podcast just had Harley as a guest. He talks about Sintra, Helix, and Highest Building. Its probably the best interview you're going to get from him actually sharing/dissecting his music and creative process
really cool video, the workflow is completely different compared to others tutorial, i searched so many times for sound design, workflow... video like this ! I hope to see more vids with this same vibe !
5mins in, mind blown, really cool break down of stuff, I appreciate your open ended approach of explaining things, "try this its all about experimentation" ...also subbed as I just came across your channel!
SOLID video even for Ableton users, however. What sample pack did you use when you showed how to use samples like synths? My old ears cannot pickup what the name is. Looking forward to more of your content, going to watch the one you released yesterday now actually :)
This is so sick, I am on ableton and get a lot of his synth sounds using granulator, but I have been trying to figure how to process these 808’s and this helped me. How do you record your videos? I wanting to start releasing tutorials on my channel, I just am wondering how you recorded yourself and the screen at the same time.
hands down the most underrated youtuber out here
soon
RM stands for Ring Modulation btw! Similar to AM. RM is bipolar AM, you can say it affects the polarity or phase of the signal as well as amplitude

Where can I find the samples that you used in this? Like the pads and bass and some of the drums
@@LoomaMusic do you know any other ones that sound like that, with vocals and all that too
@@ben-ji9vz over samples just dropped a nice flume inspired pack called Palaces.
