Thanks for introducing me to four minutes books.
Thank you for sharing
Is a beautiful and Wonderful book!. Have a lot of examples like of left faster food!.
How old is the author? Hard to tell from his photo.
SHARE THIS WITH ALL YOU CARE ABOUT : ) This is the best summary I've ever seen on Dr. Gregers book/work and overall WHAT ALL HUMANS should do. It is AUTROCIOUS THAT US doctors ONLY focus on "take a pill" since that is HORRIBLE way that ONLY focus on the effects NOT THE CAUSES. it is retarded.
Thank you for the kind words, glad we captured the book well!
my dr recommended the book - he said 1) you can make some changes or 2) i can give you a pill and keep doing what you do now which got you in he mess in the first place
Why did it have Magen David and Hanukkah’s thing on the gravestone
I think that's random, just what the video tool gives you when you ask for a graveyard animation!
It's not what you eat. It's what you refrain from eating. Once you know what not to eat, it hardly matters what you choose to eat. Most important is adequate sleep, and that's not even mentioned. The book is a promo for veganism, which is fine, but say so upfront.
it's not a promo for veganism, veganism is not a diet, the book shares the latest scientific research on foods scientifically proven to prevent and reverse diseases, just because those foods are plants doesn't mean it's a promo for anything other than sharing the latest scientific research
and do you also have a problem with other authors not stating in the title or subtitle what promo is the book for? or just when it's veganism/plant-based diet?
He won't compare intermittent fasting to veganism. It's propaganda
@@FruityHachi I have a problem with any book that hides its major theme, whether they're hiding veganism, carnivore, Christianity, Atheism or any other major theme. A title and sub-title should together let the reader know the major theme of a non-fiction book.
@@Nonduality the book doesn't hide its major theme, since the subtitle states "Discover the Foods Scientifically Proven to Prevent and Reverse Disease"
and that's what the book is about
like i said, just because those foods are plants doesn't mean it's a promo for anything other than sharing the latest scientific research
it's only your own subjective perception that it hides a major theme because it doesn't say in the title/subtitle what YOU specifically want
Until you can point to your scientific sources to back that up, I will consider you a bullshitter

Anyone who says avoid meat and eggs is full of BS 🗑️
Do vegans live longer, or does it just feel longer?
Ha!
