The one in a car while driving -- that was bad. What if it jumped off the hood? It would be instantly killed under the wheels.
It was sitting in the middle of it, if it jumped off, the cat would just be under the car unharmed since wheels wouldn't reach it.
But it could jump off at an angle and the wheels would then roll over it. You make it sound like cats only jump straight ahead and not at an angle.

I think this discussion is overall pointless since nobody can foresee the future of "If" for this cat or the driver. I am of the opinion that cats outside are just generally NOT SAFE in the urban environment. Many people simply hate them and would kill them just for that reason alone, not to mention lack of food and natural predators. If you love your cat, keep it safe at home, it will provide you with a lot more fun. Cars and cats don't mix well. My beloved cat was killed on a road, it escaped through the crack in the door. I don't wish this to happen to anyone.

There a lot of clips on this compilation which could be seen as cruel, such as flying a small helicopter next to a cat where they get entwined or a cat on the bonnet of a truck - what happened when the truck slowed down. Not a funny compilation at all.
