I use the epsom salt and baking soda recipe with RODI water. No calcium so can use in any machine. It will not scale. 14g baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) and 33.7g epsom salt (magnesium sulfate). Blend together and add .95g/gallon of RODI or distilled water.

Hi. Your video did not explain the relationship between the calculator "Concentrates " tab and "Water Design" tab. If i would like to create good water for brewing a 20g of coffee grind to water ratio of of 15, i need 300g of good water. I need to have Water TDS of 100 ppm to brew my coffee for ideal extraction and concentration , how am i going to make use of the calculator.? Can you enlighten me. Thank you very much.
