Anyone have an issue with the bolt threads not long enough to thread tightly into the hitch receiver? Had to leave my rack at REI so they could figure out the problem.

only for a 2 inch receiver. if you have any larger (large truck) you need to get an insert to reduce the size so it works.

Try running the bolt through the other side.
