Do you use shine n jam? I got it to do my nieces hair, but I noticed it’s been reverting when I apply it. Does that mean I’m using too much/little? I see so many braiders use this. But the hair doesn’t slick down like this, the roots revert a little, and I can’t get the stitches to lay flat and neat. At least not if they’re thicker than the size of my finger. Please tell me what I’m doing wrong. 😩
