I have the 8” on my ST fairing, Dyna low rider with saddle man seat , 5’7” and I love it also. The 8” flare windshield and fairing combination allows you to be very comfortable at highway speeds.
I have to be honest. I’ve watched a hundred videos on the head buffeting issue. I think going taller makes the ST look like a cheap scooter and worse yet doesn’t solve the problem. When Harley introduced the 2024 Road Glide ST CVO my I made my decision. I went in the complete opposite direction with the ST Wind Deflector. That dark bronze looks so sick I said screw the wind, lol.
When you get a windshield that causes buffeting is it like straight to your head does it deem worst than no fairing at all i plan on putting a fairing on my street bob im the same height
Fairing with small windshield was fine bc it was just clean wind on face and that’s fine honestly, when I tried the 10 inch, that was the first time I experienced buffering, felt like someone was shaking my head but I had no clean wind on me at all, but the perfect balance for me is the 8 inch. I had zero clean wind on me and also no buffering, so if your debating, I would say either try fairing and small windshield (like 4-6 inch) or fairing and 8inch from klock Werks. Make sense?

bro I totally agree. Sounds like you have a very nice set up. Yeah, the 8 is perfect for me. How do you like the ST??
Great video, thank you. Based on your video I got the 8”, I’m 5’8”, it looks great and has done a lot to smooth out the wind!
That makes me so happy to hear bro!! So glad! What bike do you have?!
@@SterShadyBlack 2023 Lowrider ST. It’s great for long distance and the KlockWerks windscreen really made a big difference. Thx again.
@@zacharykelly4088 hey thanks for the love man! Stay safe!
The 10” is my personal favorite out of all of them. I’m 5’11” and the 8” is ok, but gives me a little bit of buffeting. Great review video bud
Right on bro 🤙🏽 and thanks my guy 🔥
A lot of it comes from the vents. I covered mine as an experiment with painters tape and went for a ride. Huge difference.
Interesting bro

The stock looks wise is the best but I can completely understand not wanting your head be a bobble head lol
