Jeremy you are a class act, so modest and humble, thank you for all the memories.
"I think we should all ride two strokes..."
OMG YES
MC answer to the fourstroke question put a huge smile on my face:D
Jeremy first class best person the sport has ever seen .
I totally agree the racing was better with 2 strokes.
with electric bikes, these companies should be able to make the throttle response sound like 2 strokes soon.
When Jeremy retired he took something with him......never been the same
ya the chill "moto" vibes changed after RC went crazy with Aldon Baker with his fitness taking the sport to the next level. Wish i was around back then to see him race
Jeremy, you are the greatest rider for me , you are the man who light my fire for this sport and I'd like to Thank you 🙏
MG is awesome...he is so true and real..no bs..really humble cool dude....i think if James focused more he might have a slight chance of getting close to him
Make America 2 Stroke again
The 2 strokes are awesome; I love that power band. I had a KTM360SX, That Power Band would come on like lightning, what a rush of Adrenalin it would provide. I loved that bike.
Yeah I remember those ugly 360s
We all should ride two strokes listen up manufacturers and AMA make SX greatagain
I agree very strongly about what he says about the 2 strokes, the sound the smell!
Love what he said about fours strokes.... I tried the 450's... 2 strokes are just waaaay more fun. Too bad the AMA screwed us all just to help the big 4 make more money.
always a fan of Jeremy, and he never disappoints with what he has to say and how he says it, awesome guy and I'm happy to know he has had great success, lived my dream, and I do admire other guys like RC who speaks well candidly too.
two strokes!
Such an awesome guy!!!
2 STROKES IN AMA AGAIN YES!
they really should bring back 2-strokes
@RichKTM300 Ricky said basically the same thing a few years ago.. that 2 strokes were more fun to ride and that he misses it. Fact is, these guys ride what they can ride for free... and the companies want them on 4 strokes, because they make way more money selling them. Plus, lots of guys who race would rather race a 2 stroke, but in order to have that little edge, they have to ride the fours stroke because it is given such a huge handicap.
I like what he says about the Monster Cup "If they'd let us really get creative..." They should. I don't think it would be a bad investment at all.. Those companies like Monster Energy have their finger in everything so they can afford it.. Would be super exciting to see the track and the race if they'd let Ricky and Jeremy get creative with it.
Jeremy Dad jack was talking how jeremy was 2 years old an jumping big jumps on his platic big wheel..at 2 years old the kids were line up to be his fan base at 2...i had my friends do similar stuff build me ramps to jump but but i was 11 or so jeremy had a 9 year start on me...wow....just an incredible talent natural...he won his first mini race lapped the whole field....his mom said....wow...natural talent no doubt
3:22 through to 3:41 is my favourite part!
hail to the KING!
Bring back the 2 stroke, Love you right now jeremy! 2 stroke!
I see a compromise for the *2-Stroke* allow the *250 2-Stroke* to race against the *250 4-Strokes* in the Lites class. A *2-Stroke* is cheaper specially to race & maintain which will help the smaller teams & private tiers. You race them different so it'll open up different lines *2-Stroke* fans will love it. But there's only a couple manufacturers still making new *250 2-Strokes* is the problem
Kevin Windham,hell yea!!!
Brian Swink!!! cool dude for sure!
Lol I laughed soo hard about the fourstroke question thats epic.
I agree being back the two strokes and the two stroke tracks now that’s was racing MX I ride a 450 but the tracks are to lad back two strokes tracks had it all the jumps we’re awesome in all racing you have to timing racing a two stroke you really had to be on you game on a track that was definitely made for that bike is something I hope we see again also I miss the small of premix and turbo blue 112 😋
Bring back the 2 strokes 🤙
James Stewart eclipsing McGrath's Supercross records? LOL
I would be surprised if Stewart won another title in his career. When I saw him win Atlanta, I almost fainted.
deegan463 Why not say he crashes to much
How much did you really work out in the 90s? Kevin Windham cant go wrong that's for sure awesome guy and great racer
The king
just awesome! haha
For Supercross, man was he dialed in, i tried to develop some of those skills
Hey I try to curb my enthusiasm but please enjoy my food for thought, loved the Mac interview, read my comment and think about it,it more than hypothetical, but I really think 450f are to big a hammer...they are awsum but not so forgiving beasts..
2 strokes for everyone.... a round of 2 strokes on the house!
Yes two strokes bring it back
Yes plz, bring the 2 strokes back....and nope lol not dethroning Jeremy. The era of champions is over and i dont think anyone will be touching that anytime soon. Jeremy, his thrash metal hair and that 1-800-collect honda stayin on top 🏆
You hear it over and over.....Bring back the 2 strokes. .....PLEASE! !!!
ENVIRONMENTAL BULLSHIT THEY CLAIM,,,,,,,,, but its ok to have nasty smelly Diesel trucks rite,,,,,
Stewart will never dethrone McGrath, hell he can hardly finish a season without getting injured
I own a stupid sounding 4stroke only to be competitive but miss racing 2 strokes,
Jeremy McGrath is a man with his own SIGNATURE MODEL GT BMX Race bike (the GT “Showtime”) WHY does he have a “Specialized” logo on his jersey?
TWO STROKES FOR LIFE
mcgrath was king of his era. carmichael was the beast over all champion
Too funny,, 5' 8" / 160 Lbs is stocky.... I WISH.....
He's gotta goal... something to shoot for. Bubba isn't that old especially by Windham's standards so it isn't all that far fetched. It could happen he's fast enough and he's an ex champion that knows what it takes.
2 stroked for fucking ever! just got me a yz 125, loving it, time to go whoop some 4 poke ass
THE KING HAS RULED! back to that blue smoke.
"That's what." -He
Stewart : yeah he won some races lol
Great but what was with all the skipping? Answer to long?
None of these new Racers will be comparable to Carmichael or McGrath there riding for strokes.
Windam 14 Honda no fear .....
2 strokes matter
Carmichael may have the numbers, but watching him control the motorcycle he's not as controlled as Jeremy. Growing watching Jeremy ride it was like the bike was an extension of his arm. Watching James Stewart's bike control is very sloppy it look's like he has to really really work to control motorcycle. Stewart is saying he is going to dethrone Jeremy, well that's because his competition suck's.and so does Stewart. I would like to see a race between Ashley Fiolek and Stewart. I bet Ashley kick's his ass, she has way better bike control. Plus Stewart is so fricking boring to watch. To me Jeremy's king and always will be along with Ricky Johnson. Watching these guy's Race was always fun and never boring.
you obviously do not watch racing. Stewart is one of the fastest riders the world has seen because he is willing to take it to the edge and push further. Have you ever heard of the Bubba Scrub???? That was a huge progression of the sport and comparing his speed to Ashley Fiolek is ignorant, yes she is fast and extremely talented, but go look at lap times dude.
What ever dude! These guys riding Four stroke have it easy, you push a two stroke to the limit and it's a hole different story buddy. All I'm saying is that these racers have a have nice liner powerband, you pull the throttle back and the bike does a lot more of the work than a two stoke! which you have probably no experiences with. You put Stewart in a race bracket with all two stroke I bet he wouldn't be as fast! Personally I think watching four strokes race is boring it's too predictable, there's no excitement, back in the day during the era of the two strokes it was pure battle which I feel the races of to day lack.
Again, do you not follow racing at all? Have you not seen how insanely fast Stewart was on a 125. Thats a two stroke if you didnt know... he invented the scrub more or less on a two stroke. In one race he even pulled over while in the lead and let second place pass him and then proceeded to easily pass him back just to prove he was the best. He had the top guys in the points chase just asking for second place finishes. He had races where he was a few seconds a lap faster than any other riders best lap time numerous times. All of this was done on a two stroke, so i dont see how he had it easy... and as for the lack of excitement Id disagree. Sure the sport gets a little more boring when riders dominate like Villopoto, Stewart and Dungey, but theres plenty of races that still have me on the edge of my seat. Ive got plenty of love for the sport and regardless of it being two stroke or four stroke im an avid follower and competitor.
Stewart rode on the edge which has it's risks , I prefer him over any rider ..everyone has control up to a certain speed and McGrath wouldn't even feel Stewart's roosts lol
Stewart was faster on a 2 stroke lol dude really doesn't watch mxsx deff a troll
You've clearly never rode a newer 450...
#bringback2strokes
If McGrath says 2-strokes, 2-strokes it should be.
2 strokes
Idk if anyone could win7 in a row again
stewart saying hes gonna dethrone mcgrath is such a joke. doesnt he remember how hard it was to beat the guys AND stay on two wheels in 2011? its not going to get easier. he might as well settle with the two titles and maybe go for a third or even a forth, but six, won't happen for him.
well like i said, i could see him getting one or two more championships, but he needs 4 more to beat mc. it's really is far fetched. and i really have been pulling for him, but he can't even finish a main event without crashing, in the 13 rounds of this year of supercross he's crashed in 9 main events...
The g.o.a.t.
Wow I'm ,yes I am a fan of two strokes too,but I accidentally started out on a four stroke,I get back to that, but wow I know Jeremy likes two strokes, but I had know idea straight up that's how he feels. I've been thinking, danger smoke, that supercross needs a change to smaller and lighter bikes,to help the injury level out I'm seeing a lot of injurys heavy, the 450four is basically an open class bike.and we stopped racing those in supercross a long time ago because they were too much...when a talent rider, like myself (or someone like Johnny Omar, can beat guys, sorry world champions on a 125cc two stroke, now I'm with industry for going to four strokes for clean air and for the outdoor series I think four strokes are awsum for out door motocross, they doit better traction power delivery and the speed,I think indoors we need lighter smaller engine quicker revving type bikes, and I think 250four strokes do the job,me personally 300cc should be the limit.that might mean hey do we have two 250f classes, rookies 1 year and 2 year experienced riders and then they move up to the champions class, the guys with titles or enough points, the 450four is a great bike, awsum but when it slams you into the ground,or you make a small mistake indoors,c'mon these 450f can go like a 90mph,ole 250cc two strokes,60mph maybe 70mph,I road race and it the inertia of the motor, that is so destructive,I had a small road race accident, minor brake failure,at 130mph,managed to get it down like 45mph,jumped off and bike was laying on it side, right side, caught brake rear brake lever, flick right over slam on its left side, good thing I was already off it,500lb bike,10000rpm of engine inertia,750cc,four cylinder, bike only had barely noticeable scratches on it perfectly fine and straight...ah what can you do,I was thinking they could do a lot with track design to make racing tighter and better and safer...but some told me than it would be boring, okay if you enjoy seeing your friends and your heros get seriously hurt...what the heck do I know,I just love racing supercross and jumping...more than anything the bigger the better, but racing got to be safe too...big jump contest, your out there by yourself.
"Everyone should ride 2-strokes".
Couldn't have said it better myself. 4-Strokes absolutely suck. Boring as hell to ride, sounds like crap, smells like crap. Expensive as hell. Everything about them sucks
Two Strokes require so much more skill, if they brpught them back we would see alot of struggling going on, not that im trying to take away anyones talent.
jermy...you can beaT Carmichael..anywhere anytime
I guess Stewart is the one turd who gave this a dislike 😂😂😂😂😂😂
2 strokes will NEVER come back...there old news....let it go LOL!
Like your grammar and punctuation?
James Stewart WILL get more than your 72 wins!!
And if you have to race James during your career, you wouldn't have any titles
david g. Its Ben 5 years now and where is James now?
2 strokes
