There was a time when the college was good but now there is no management in the college and children are admitted for money. When there is no hostel room then why do they admit so many children?
When there is no room then children should not be admitted, then children are kept in dormitories with 85 beds, what will so many children study, some child sometimes steals money, sometimes it is phone , clothes n etc
