can yu get a membership with the gym without training at shootfighters? coz i do mma and have had a couple of compartions but i dont think im good enuff to train at shoot fighters just yet
this gym looks fantastic, full size boxing ring, olympic size martial arts mat, and a proper cage for MMA. I'll definitely add this to my directory of gyms in London
yester day i went there for my first training, and it was sick, but the gay thing is that u need to get a 12 month contract but its worth it if you're planing on competing in mma or other combat sports. i recomand to gwt a day pass for the gym to check it out
my friend recommended i check this place out as its one of the best gyms around. I will be heading down tomorrow to have a look and hopefuly sign up :-)
Thanks for replying bro. I am thinking of joining the East London gym after Ramadan ends in a couple of weeks. Just to confirm is it in blackwall E14. Also what's the membership like. I mainly wanna just wanna use the heavy bags and hand weights for functional training etc, off peak time and occasional classes
Shakil Miah yeh still in black wall, but don't wait till when Ramadan finish, I train in Ramadan, it's even better if you train around 20:00 than after you go for iftar. Ramadan Karim.
