Thanks Rannoch! that means a lot and will never grow old this end. We have been working hard on the Commando plan for a long time now ...it is GROWING! I am not sure who the speaker is, I chose his man chat because I know it rings true for many aspiring athletes or people wanting to explore their movement potential.
