Or they want people to get treated by these people and do some serious damage so that the same people will visit the allopathy doctors for treatment.
These chiropractors loved to be called doctor. I also had one in Dubai when I was there. Today he is jail for malpractice. Even physiotherapists dont call themself doctors even though they have better knowledge. I know it feels better after this session but it's too risky specially when on spine and neck.
