I just saw them live a few days ago man. They still act like a local band trying to make it big. I feel this makes them genuine. Every album they release is consistently amazing from start to finish. They get something out od what they do and they love writing solid music.

I have to say, Steve SOUNDS SO FUCKING GOOD HERE. Alex takes a lot of the vocal limelight in my opinion, and Alex is a beast of a vocalist so I'm not down talking him at all, but god damn am I so happy Steve gets to shine in this. Can't wait for this album to make me poop out a planet.

Man this Song is the definition of deathcore, it is all solid. Brutal, honest shouts. Insane growls, gutturals and screams. Super tight drums, nasty bass, riffs are on point, perfect balance of rhythms and slams/breakdowns. lyrics and whole message of the song is in perfect harmony with the structure of the song and the production quality. Everyone involved in this is a fucking professional and clearly knows his job - video team included!! Thanks a lot for delivering this great piece of art! 💪👊

You now that you mention it, the breakdown at the end just screams knocked loose or more newer hardcore to me than deathcore. Not in a bad way tho this shit slaps

People forget how great despised icon is and was and how much influence they have on the deathcore death metal genre and even hardcore as well they have that chameleon way of blending so much together it's awesome furtive monologe was one of the first tracks I heard years ago and I was like holy shit
I like the combination and constant back and forth from the vocalists and the band switching from extreme metal to more of a hardcore kind vibe to match their own styles 🤘🤘
