Vintage 1976 Avion Travelcader | Full Tour

We have a TON of grand ideas for renovating our trailer...I mean TRAILERS. And it's trailers like this insanely awesome one and people like Kayla (also insanely awesome) that inspire those ideas.

We've watched her and her husband's trailer renovations for a while now on her insta and were so excited to see her trailer. But honestly we were even more excited to spend Thanksgiving with her family this year! Donna was super stoked... (And Kayla totally rocked our Campsgiving dinner. Thanks, Kayla!!)
Her vintage 1976 Avion Travelcader is nearly identical to our 1973 Avion La Grande, so her renovations have given us a list of ideas for our own trailer.

I have an 87 which is all original. I really like the original. I love the weird yellow and the strange floor plastic pattern. And the big lights in the ceiling. It all looks really funny to me. I did remove the original carpet because I do not like carpet. Now that I’m super Duper old I’m going to be selling mine. I hope I find someone who loves it like you guys love yours. Mine has six wheels and to me it’s a rolling palace!👑

Thank you for sharing this! We have the same trailer we are working on. This helped SO MUCH!!! And I LOVE the bathroom door. Ours doesn’t have one yet 🫣 definitely going to use that idea. And the sink and tub ❤ gotta use that idea too! Ours is the same gold banana yellow 😕
