    I just saw your review, and you're on point - and I know because I got them for $90 CAD off my pair of SR-50s too. They sound clean, the design seems sturdy, and understated (which is good for being stealthy). Very good for the sale price.

      raise the mids up in the eq and they will sound better

    FYI, the balanced connection has nothing to do with providing "a more balanced sound." The only benefit from balanced connection is greater power input from your balanced source. That additional power might make the drivers perform at peak compared to a single-ended connection with lower power output.

      @4epa1012 3 года назад

      Well I have ATH-MSR7b's and I can tell the balanced cable makes big difference in the sound, the sound just gets clearer with better sound stage, whereas with the unbalanced cable the music sounds a bit muddy

      @@NoThemeReviews Tbh I was thunking to add Ifi Zen Can to my Zen Dac but I don't really need it as the ATH-MSR7b headphones are only 36 ohms and Zen Dac feeds them with plenty of power, especially through the balanced cable.

    Great video. I also couldn’t find any reviews on these headphones. Bought them yesterday from BestBuy ($95 off) thanks in large part from this video. I was upgrading from old paid of Bose on Ear headphones. What a sound difference! I’ve tried many different pairs in stores. I love their sound signature.
    Sound stage is better than I had hoped for. (Not like open back but still really nice).
    Great video. Thanks.

    I just bought these (needed Bluetooth) and compared them to my M50x. I found the bass in the M50x's to be superior. The SR50's are much more compressed, and I found them to be lacking in the highs and lows.
    If I need wireless, they're functional. If I have an option to plug in, or if I want to do some critical listening, the M50x's are always what I'll reach for.

    Thinking about buying a pair of these. There on sale on Best Buy right now. They definitely look nice 👍.
    One of my biggest complaints about some headphones is that they are expensive but yet when you hold them they feel so light and cheap. But these look pretty solid so I hope there worth it.
