GLDT This is 6 speed manual from 08/2012, completely stock, except the Ragazzon Classic 90 Exhaust. no more than the standard 235 hp.

GLDT Hey, this car is fun and looks pretty special. however the depreciation is a little bit worse than with other cars, but I think it is worth it. The Turbo is a bit fragile, so check the pre-owners and get a guarantee... greetings

It had done 58.000kms when I sold it last month. About 38.000 miles then. Had to buy a family estate. Baby No.2 arrived in September😊
alfa always has tiny engines with great power , how does this happen?
I was wondering the same, Focus ST MK2 with 2.5T makes 320NM stock and this 1.75T makes 340NM stock. This is rlly a piece of art like the 3.2 Busso (+2.5T from the ST xD )
It is thanks to a very fine tuning of the electronics, in addition to a well-designed engine+turbo combo.
I own an Alfa 159 SW 1750 TBi, same engine except for the head, and 40hp less than the Giulietta. Wonderful engine still!
@@musmuk5350 Giulietta's engine is the same one with 4C. It's an evolved engine over the 159's tbi.
@@John_Stur not this giulietta. This one has a tuned 1.75 TBi engine. It's modified engine from Alfa 159. But there is face lifted version of this giulietta and that one has a 4C engine. Full aluminium block engine and things like that. 240hp and a TCT gearbox.

Hello, I have bought the same car like you and wonder if you have the same problem With excessive acceleration that gives a stinking smell wonder if it is also the case with you? And also the gearbox cant go harder than 6000rpm😒 . Thanks
Sold this car years ago, but no, no smell. Could be your clutch. And it's not the gearbox, but the engine, that can't go past 6.000rpm. It's not neccessary, because its max power is being delivered at about 5.500 rpm..

Its the mic right above the Exhaust. Thats a Ragazzon Classic 90. So its a bit louder rhan the standard exhaust.

Wishing Alfa will do a complete face restyling for Giulietta and MiTo next year, I really don't like them, wishing a cool family feeling with the incoming Giulia. +Mattia Panzani Of course everybody, who´s even slighty interested in cars knows, that today many manufacturers share platforms with other ones. Not only Alfa, but VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda and so on. BMW has built a platform for several cars and so Alfa has for their upcoming ones, like the new Giulia and a SUV. The new Fiat Spider will share a platform with Mazda, so will you call it Mazda?? Besides the fact, that the Giulietta QV doesn´t share nearly anything in its interieur with the Bravo, except some buttons and that´s about it, it looks a lot more beautiful and drives much nicer than the Bravo (I once owned the 1.4 T-Jet 120CV). And especially the 1750 TBi is a masterpiece, if you take a look at the Nürburgringtimes and consider other hatchbacks. So the Giulietta shares a platform with the Fiat Bravo (Alfa belongs to Fiat, so what?), but looks and feels like a different car (same story with the Fiat 500 and its Punto platform). So what´s the point in writing "Very cool this Fiat Bravo"? To me, it seems as a provocative comment just to show your knowledge about cars, and that is not necessary. You could have it done in a different, more friendly way!

+Rafael Arvelo The 2015er Civic Type R developes 310hp and 400Nm of torque. The Giulietta QV developes 235hp. Your comparison therefore is absolutely pointless! But if you want to compare those two cars, it is obvious, that unlike the Civic Type R, the Giulietta is beautiful ;-)
+Rafael Arvelo The Nissan GT-R made 320 kph and I'm pretty sure a Lockheed F-22 Raptor could do more than 2300 kph with afterburners at full power. Now what? Tell me what's the point of comapring those things. A 240hp Giulietta QV, a 300hp Civic Type R, a 550hp Nissan GT-R and a thousands of hp F-22 Raptor.

Per il resto mi spiace dirlo, e sono per il made in Italy, ma altre concorrenti in qualità di telaio, sensazione nei guida le danno due giri.
Il cambio manuale sembra un Landini testacalda, il telaio si fa pentire di essere in curva, le sospensioni sono basse ma sembra di essere in carrozza....dai è bisogna essere obbiettivi
Prova a fare una rotonda a 90 kmh con audi o Mercedes io con la giulietta ci sono riuscito con le altre non ce la fanno o vanno dritte o partono di culo provate io stesso poi a parità di cavalli la giulietta spinge di più e ha una tenuta di strada pazzesca se hai una tedesca prova a fare la rotonda a 90kmh vedi che fa la macchina 😂😂😂

Den Beweis bleibst du schuldig. Bis dahin bist du jemand, der unter einem Video einer 235PS starken Giulietta postet, dass seine 170PS -Version besser geht (was de facto nicht stimmen kann). Oder habe ich die Ironie nicht verstanden? Der 170PS Mito ist in Episode 4 bzw. der 0-221km/h-Auskopplung zu sehen. Er ist geringfügig schneller als die entsprechende Giulietta und dennoch signifikant langsamer als die Giulietta QV. Da frage ich mich, wie diese außerirdische Beschleunigung deiner 170PS Version zustande kommt.
also zu aller erst habe ich nie behauptet das ich originl eine 170ps multiair giulietta oder mito fahre sondern original fahre ich 120ps tjet ;-) nur mit etwas tuning ;-) vor allem sagte ich nur bis 200 ;-) aber nur für dich mach ich die tage ein video davon ;-)
Den 1.4 TJet hatte ich auch ( schau mal bei meinen alten Clips) in Epic-Grau-Metallic mit 120 PS Das Tachovideo gibts da auch. Wenn du Tuning sagst, von wieviel Leistung sprechen wir dann?
weniger PS als die QV aber fast genauso viel nm nur hält meine den ladedruck länbger als die QV deswegen meine aussage...195ps 312nm und noch nicht am ende....demnächst kommen noch grössere einspritzdüsen und zwar die vom opc ;) dann sollte ich um die 260Ps fahren können ohne das mir kolben pleuel eingehen ;) aja turbolader istr von der 170ps MA nur verstärkt....sprich aufgefrässt grösseres turbinenrad usw deswegen komme ich auf die nm....original ist bei 280-290nm ende :(
Okay, also das ist krass. Wenn das stimmt (wovon ich jetzt mal ausgehe), dann hast du richtig Geld und / oder Arbeit investiert. Warum machst du das bei einem vergleichsweise leistungsschwachen Motor wie dem 1.4? Kriegst du das alles eingetragen?
Ich persönlich finde den Bravo nach wie vor super (Ambiente etc) und bin vom Tipo nicht angetan..

@@kapllanvlora6123 That's wrong. FCA didn't lay their hands on the Giulietta. The Giulietta owns the 1742ccm³ 4-cylinder engine, that was developed by Alfa and used in the 159 TBi as well. The 2012 Giulietta Quadrifoglio verde has not a GM engine, but an Alfa Engine. It shares its platform with the Fiat Bravo and the engine poweres the 4C as well!

You didn´t get what I said: I ment, that a lot of cars ARE faster than the Giulietta, but that WAS NOT THE POINT of this film. I just wanted to show, how fast the Giulietta QV is, not in comparison to other cars, which are faster. Several youtubers post comments beneath my videos about cars being faster than the one actually shown in the film. This however is not relevant. Comparing a car shown in a video to any other one, which is faster, is not interesting and failes the point of such a film. That´s it!
