leeleemee it took me 2 years to fully commit and at first it was really hard to find plant based items that I enjoy. I was finally able to go vegan and after that, I’m sure anyone can do it. I hope you have an amazing journey.

Hi Fabiola. Iam one of your subscriber. I am a mother of three grown ups and have two grandchildren. I shared most of your vids to my children and told them to have their children eat good food like yours since I am a veggie mom. Wow! so great to know that my grand daughter who is going two yrs old come January is like Chelsea eating and drinking raw vegs.and fruits. Thanks a lot for sharing with us what you eat. I am 3 days in too. Good luck Tonya.
Do not give up. It took me a year and I still am not 100%. I would say I am abt 95%. Start with one night then do vegan breakfasts and lunches. Then go from there. Beans and rice saved me.

Hey don't feel bad....maybe the label is too heavy. Say to yourself...I am pursuing a plant based diet....so if you mess up but you ate mostly fruits and vegetables...you still feel successful! Don't let the food Nazis put you down, vegans and carnivores!

There's such a light and happiness you and your family give off. It's addictive and draws people in.
What you are doing as a parent is AMAZING. Your daughter will thank you later in life. I wish my parents had kept me away from fast food, etc. If I ever have a child, I'm definitely gonna give them vegan or vegetarian diet at least. Keep up the great work.
Your lentils turned out nicely
Appearance is similar to, Like ground beef. Great for tacos/tostadas/burritos/spaghetti etc. 💕💕🍷

I don't usually comment on videos but, I was vegan for a year then my doctor said it was not healthy while pregnant, now realizing that is false. It has been two years since I was vegan and I miss it so much. I have slowly started eating cleaner with a vegetarian lifestyle. Chelsea is a great helper! So adorable. Your lentil dish looks delicious. Lentils are a great source of iron and having the tomatoes and bell peppers, high in Vitamin C, will help our bodies absorb the iron better. My mom, sister and I all struggle with borderline low to low iron, so I'm always looking for delicious recipes to add in to help us.

Fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, smoothies, salads, legumes, and cooked vegetables, and spices! A large variety of flavors, colors, textures, and a Aromas. No reason to go hungry or be bored.
