In regards to the feathers. It's stat is based on the Gigantoraptor's highest base stat. That base stat also dictates how high the % is. For example: a (35) would be 56%, while a (40) would be 60%.

Maybe after patch. Pre patch I got two different feathers from the same gigantoraptor.

Do you get more levels (overall) by playing the mini game or by claiming the baby with a gigaraptor? I noticed when you claimed it that it started at level 5

Suggestion from an old person: Slow down, you talk way too fast. Just be yourself. Up/down voice in-flexion constant amped up used car salesman ads are not something many of us want to hear: pitch the details, and the stuff that others aren't covering and just talk normally. Chill a bit. I'm sure there was good info here, but I had to slow it down to try to listen and then you sounded drunk.
Ps - to be clarifying the feathers come in different percentages they're not all 75% - and they don't stack
