Make it easy and simple!
(Measuring cups was done using paper cups.)
1 bunch of chives (1kg)
1/2 apple (pear)
1/2 onion
1 and a half cups of red pepper powder
1 cup anchovy sauce
1 piece of ginger
4 spoons of plum syrup
2/3 cup glutinous rice paste
1 spoon of sugar
2 spoons of starch syrup
1 spoon of sesame seeds
1. Cut off the roots of the chives, peel them, remove the yellow ends, and wash them.
2. (If the white part of the green onion is thick, cut it in half with a knife.)
3. First, place the thick white stems of the chives at the bottom, pour in anchovy sauce, and marinate for about 15 minutes.
4. Make glutinous rice paste.
5. Add onion, apple, glutinous rice paste, and ginger to the blender and blend.
6. Add ground pickled anchovy sauce, red pepper powder, plum syrup, sugar, and starch syrup and mix.
7. Taste and season according to personal preference (the chives release moisture, so seasoning may need to be a bit harsher).
8. Cover the chives with seasoning and sprinkle with sesame seeds to complete the dish!
(I left it at room temperature for about 2 days and then kept it in the refrigerator before eating it)
