If you want a true max damage build, drop Wise Glasses and replace it with Razor Claw. The bonus damage from weaving boosted autos between dream eaters is much higher than the +7% special attack bonus
Too bad that won't scale as mucb as wise glasses synergizing with the sp atk amplification from the other two glassss.
@@victorangelogabriel it scales better actually! Wise Glasses adds about 160 damage to a shadow ball and about 230 to Dream Eater (when using all 3 glasses) where Razor Claw adds 220 damage to all your basic attacks weaved inbetween your moves, overall dealing more damage during the combo.

@@machinegunkaz6422 basic attacks are part of the burst combo on Gengar. You shadowball > Dream Eater > Boosted > Dream Eater > Boosted > Shadow Ball. Those 2 boosted Autos do more bonus damage than Wise Glasses could ever provide
@@FireShadow210 see the problem I only need to do shadow all dream eater boosted then shadowball. You have to do that extra nonsense because of a improper build
Insane gameplay dave, so good to see you side lane. You're the best creator on unite, I followed you from ML but I cant relate to much of your gameplay as I never get jungle in solo que.
Play classic until you got enough reputation in games to be able to get it in ranked. I have 2000+ games on gusion at 60%, there is no one that would dare to not let me jungle :-D
@@hitbox7422 lol I was talking about unite not ml but already I got mythic glory and masters rank in unite solo que. I just don't fight to get jungle I let my teammates go.
@@vincecourts8740 hm I main gengar in unite, I usually just pick him and try to get jungler, I someone else go's for the central area I just play him as Sidelaner, still valid. In unite there isn't really a disadvantage if you don't have certain roles, im master 1300+ points, not having defenders for example in soloq isn't really changing much since most people don't play very coordinated.

I like using wise glasses, choice specs and shell bell together on Gengar. Might try all three glasses together, but I feel like the heals from shell bell on top of the heals he gets from dream eater pair nicely to keep him going.
Focus band heals around 2800 hp on level 15 per cooldown (40 seconds?) while shell gives around 150 hp per skill usage. So overall, when using shadow/dream you will most likely not need the skill based extra heal of shell, because dream eater provides enough of it. But if you run low on hp, an extra boost of almost 3k hp is much, much more valuable
imo buddy barrier is useless if u play solo q, especially if u are not a defender

hes so hard to use and squishy but he really have a strong damage

he can also easily kill an pokemon with his unite and that’s great especially when zapdos is up

I always do rotom first for 3rd rotom to the base at 2 minutes.i win like this everytime.
How do you do that without teammates rotating bott for last dred and the whole enemy team on you and rotom

Gengar is Fs worth it as long as u take middle jungle and get to lvl5 quick and get his shadow ball then get to lvl 7 for dream eater and he then one shots

Sure, I'm gonna ask you again when u live. I obviously wanna rank and usually play either cinderace or zeraora jungle but I've seen a lot more gengar players since the latest buff
