when I was a kid, around the mid to late 2000s, I was (and still am) a huge fan of action sports, everything from skating, bmx to blading or fmx, literally everything that involved flips or tricks/stunts in general. And every time I walked through the city, seeing all kinds of urban environment, I imagined how cool it would be to clear all of that on a pogo stick. for a brief period of my childhood it became literally one of my favorite things to imagine as I was strolling through the city...
now over a decade later my imagination literally became a real thing and people are sending crazy things on a pogo stick. how cool is that?!
That’s why any of us jumping beans get into it, the imagination of it all is absolutely all consumingly magnetic!
Wow! Who knew pogoing could be taken to this level! I haven't seen one of these things for years - I thought they were just another kids' fad from the 70's. Most of my mates had one. As kids do, we'd hassle the parents for months, they'd eventually cave, you'd bounce on it a couple of times, fall over, bash your bonce then sling it in the cupboard under the stairs/attic/garage (delete as appropriate) until you come across it years later covered in rust spots and spiderwebs and eventually chuck it out. Well done that man. Great video. Thanks.

The coolest thing about this must be the fact that you get to name literally every single move.
Lmao - I’ve named a handful but you’d be surprised how much of the sport was already forged before I got into it. “Extreme pogo” or at least doing tricks on a pogostick wasn’t a little subculture til the 90’s and then didn’t become extreme until the early-mid 2000’s but by then the OG’s had laid out much of the groundwork for how to move your body and pogostick together on the spring sticks. I’ve just elevated most of those tricks to be higher and flowier.

I’ve got a couple concussions, two broken knee caps, cracked a hip, cracked some ribs, broke my toes on each foot, sprained ankles… yeah there’a a lot of messifleshiness when it comes to pogoing

The video is inspiring and now the idea to make a Spring Scooter has been thought of please be aware that putting wheels onto a Springing platform similar to a Pogostick is going to be doable however mastering it may not be so simple.
